This show i was not ready at all at the Arnold but this yr im taking names

Im in the middle but already have put more size definition and the full package im praying to bust the top 5 or 3

Honestly it's been a long time since I've really watched any classes o/pwr/str and then not heaps.
There is a whole bunch more classes now which I think is cool, if it's your last, just go in the biggest ****er you can.
As to leg size I'm guessing it's the height thing, don't know if you've tried real stairs but it worked a charm for a mate who had such a similar body type.
