My SD Cycle. 3 Weeks.

Good day all, little bit about myself. Been training for almost ten years now. Have been off of ph's for about 2 years of me not being able to get the stuff that's been off the shelf. Well I recently ran into quite a bit of it and bought some. This however is my first SD cycle so I am excited about the reviews and things I have heard about it.

Current dosing plan.

Week 1: 10mg/day
Week 2-3: 20mg/day

I am on day two and have lost some weight even though my calories are clean and through the roof. To be expected though for me as this is what normally happens when I start a cycle initially. However, I do feel a tad larger and my muscles do not seem to fatigue as easy.

I am taking liver fix, liv.52, and fish oils on a daily. Tons of water of course, and etc.

run a 4th wk if sides allow. I would consider doing 10/10/20/20

you should really get some hawthorn berry and celery seed extract for your BP. I would take 3 caps of fish oil with each dose of SD, aim for 8-10 a day. A basic all in one cylcle support like N2gaurd would be nice

I am trying to keep bp in check by not taking my pre workout supplements and drinking some Joe prior. Still think I need it huh.

Hey guys,
I need some advice. I've tried the official routes to have my Dr prescribe Test for my low testosterone symptoms and he's just too conservative.
My "Low-T" symptoms are killing me and
I'm now prepared to purchase the help I need to bring my testosterone levels back up to where I need them for my activity levels. (I'm an avid runner & weight lifter).
My question is, What is a basic cycle to start with? Test - E pils with D-anabol or injections? Both with Nolvadex of course to prevent the conv to Estrogen. And where to purchase? I need a trusted source.
Your advice is much appreciated!

Because I thought a thread titled "Cycle Info" just might be able to answer a simple question about a basic beginner's cycle...
 
Day 3. I do full ROM squats and can normally do around 235 on a good day. Today I was able to cleanly squat full ROM 305. I am feeling much stronger and feel as though I need less sleep. I am trying to get 8+ hours each night but I find myself waking up around 4am. I workout at 6 in the morning. I feel mentally sharper and a general sense of well being.

When I start 20mg a day should I space those twelve hours apart? I've read about the CNS stimulating features of SD.

This is due to a technique error. No way you can gain that fast in three days haha.

You'll think that **** is like nyquil in a week or so. The lethargy from SD is a bitch. Half life is short so space the dosage out evenly over the day.

Agreed somewhat on the squat...that is my average however it fluctuates....I should have been more clear, my max on full ROM squat is more like 285...so 305 is well within reach. I did feel a little tired today and didn't know if that was more or the SD...luckily I had some joe on hand :)
 
Week 2: Been gaining about an average of a pound a day...eating pretty clean mostly, eating a ton actually. Upwards of 4000 calories a day. On 20mg/day currently and really liking the strength gains. Definitely been fighting the lethargy, had a sample of this thermogenic today and really liked it to help with the lethargy (Dexaprine by Iforce).

Overall really like the results, gaining good weight and feeling much stronger...worked on arms today and strength is going up, I have had issues with my elbows hurting going heavy on certain tricep exercises which is coming back...I plan on icing it later to help with the inflammation.

So far so good...looking forward to upcoming week...may run a 4th if I am feeling okay...no real sides to report, just lethargy

If you have some money lying around, invest in some fat grips or do your tricep work on a fat bar. I've been doing this for a couple years and have had no pain since then.

I believe their website has the cheapest on the net, new that is. Shipping takes a bit longer since its from canada. If shipping is a bitch (as I don't know) then snag them from elitefts.com.
 
Well I have finished my run of SD - 3 Weeks. I was going to go a fourth week but realized I was getting pretty irritable and when I deal with customers all day my patience for incompetence was wearing thin. The lethargy was managed somewhat by my almost seemingly constant intake of caffeine. I did however start my cycle at 186lbs and ended up at 194lbs. My wife has noticed I was getting larger but no real body fat gain, I am sure there is some there however. Really enjoyed the cycle and no real side effects other than some super mild acne, lethargy, and as I closed the cycle slight irritability. Definitely going to be doing this again.
