Another rest day today as we are staying with my parents up the coast to celebrate my brother in law's bday.

Feeling great today after 10hrs sleep and possibly 5000cal yesterday. No sign of the general lethargy i was experiencing during the week which is great. Going to smash a ton of food again today before heading back home this afternoon to prepare for another week of early gym sessions and work.

Feeling well rested after a weekend spent with the family, eating a disturbing amount of food.

So last week i scored a full bottle of RAD from a work colleague who bailed out of his cycle early due to excessive sides. I am going to add this to my stack at 5mg PWO starting today. I expect it will suppress me pretty hard but it should be interesting and, besides, i have my pct ready to go now and I am happy to bail at this point should things get bad.

Feeling pretty crappy this morning. Have the runs atm, up on the toilet 3 times last night so also lacking sleep.

Also, stupidly tried some sumo squats during warmup and aggravated my right knee, which is now making my right hip tight AF. Squat session from hell.

Worked up to 110kgx10 before trying 120kgx10 but only walked it out after it just felt way too heavy. Finished off with another 5 sets of 10 with 110kg.

Ok so, 3 days on 5mg RAD on top of 12.5mg LGD and I think I am going to drop the RAD completely. Today I took it at about 9am, 6hrs after ingesting the LGD, and this oppressive, incurable lethargy kicked in by 10. I even went home 'sick' because i actually feel like ive had valium. RAD sucks.
 
Havent posted any numbers for the past two workouts so here is a quick update.

Then did some rows, incline press, pullups with 20kg, dips with 20kg and machine lateral raises (PR here too, hitting '60' for 10reps).

Felt pretty fatigued this morning after yeaterday's PRs abd took a while to warm up to heavy squats. Funny thing was, when I hit my first working set of front squats 115kgx3 felt ridiculously light, so I went apesh1t.

Sunday 11/12/16

Things are getting pretty hectic around here now. Putting in big days at my day job to meet the seasonal rise in demand as well as trying to meet unreasonable deadlines for projects with my personal venture o the side. Eating habbits have declined with time available for meal prep, and this morning I am beginning to feel it. Think i might sign up for one of those healthy home delivery services to get me through the new year.

Day off from training yesterday, today deadlifts which have not gone well. Hit 3 triples with 200kg before reracking. I am getting a twinge in my left hammy which has intensified with each set and I have to accept the likelihood it is a warning to back off before something pops. Also it is causing my left glute and piriformis to "lock up" so my form is inconsistent. I am going to wrap this session up with a little bit of joint rehab and some dragonflags and lunges. I feel really pis$ed off.
 
Monday 12/12/16

Started dosing LGD at 15mg this morning, mk still at 30 (before bed) with 3 weeks to completion of what will end up being a 13wk LGD cycle. Originally I was planning on doing 12 weeks but last week I realised I would be starting PCT on nightshift so I decided to extend.

Feelings pretty good so far, although I have observed some posible estro/cortisol side last few days which also correlates with increased time demands & financial concerns (busting a nut to finish things for people who owe me money already really stresses me out). Started taking Armicare Pro on Saturday to counter these and this morning i noticed a definite reduction in titty and tummy fat in the mirror. Also picked up my food game yesterday smashing a heap of greens and healthy fats. Based on my experiences to date I really feel that LGD reduces resistance to stress and bad food so its really important to remain consistent with sleep and diet (lots and lots of veges as many colours as possible).

BW 104kg & skinfold IC: 18mm....wtf? Thought i had put on bf since wk6 but down 3mm. 9kg bw increase since LGD, if half of it is muscle i will be stoked.

Rough start this morning, took ages to warm up and really struggled with tight hips for the first 3 working sets. Then my body shifted gear and I found my groove. Sometimes I feel like adaptation only happens because I work through a crap start. Anyway worked up to:

Sunday 18th December

Haven't logged for a few days as time has been really tight.

Yesterday, after taking Friday as a rest day to recover from a very tough Thursday at work, I completed my final loading sesh for this program - squats power. I really struggled to get mobile, taking over an hr and a half to warm up, but tenacity won and I managed to work up to:
3x3 Front squat with 120kg
3x1 highbar back squat with 170kg
2x1 highbar back squat with 190kg (PR!!!) - these moved so fast I regret not loading 200kg

I finished the session off with 5 sets of seated 15kg DB curls and some other shoulder health stuff including facepulls and banded rotations.

I really was not expecting to squat so well that sesh as my back and glutes felt super fatigued all through my warmup, and at one point I actually reracked 100kg after walking out for a front squat and it feeling waaaay heavier than it should. I feel confident I could squat over 200kg now, and am excited for my next 1rm test. Based on numbers for last week, my traning 1rms for next program will be:
Bench: 130kg
Squat: 190kg
Deadlift: 230kg


Today I am taking a day off before I start deload tomorrow with light deadlift triples at ~60%. I am going to deload properly this time around, keeping intensity for everything below 65% of my adjusted 1rm. I am going to continue with this training protocol for another 3 months but with more conservative progressions as I guess my ability to progress and recover will decline comparitively post cycle. I really hope I have no trouble maintaining these numbers.

I have been running LGD at 15mg for a week now. I was anticipating an increase in side effects and feeling 'more suppressed' at this higher dosage but TBH the opposite seems to be the case: my lethargy has disappeared, libido has increased, and I have been experiencing feelings of general well being and calm even through this period of extreme workload (completed 73 billable hours last week and have now worked nearly weeks straight). The only thing I have noticed from increasing the dose from 12.5mg to 15mg is insane all-day pumps kicking as soon as I start warming up, and mild cramping as soon as I get a little dehydrated. I have been running the armicare pro at half dose all week and eating between 3000-3200cal/day being careful to consume more than 200g protein and 40g fibre (eating loads of greens, +200g chicken during the day and +200g beef every night). My hip skinfold measurements have dropped again, now at 16mm.

Two weeks to go.
 
Monday 19th

Deadlift deload.

Deads:
Worked up to 3x3 with 140kg. Focusing on accelerating through the lift without hyperextending.

Other Stuff:
Did a variety of curls and triceps stuff with light weights with the goal of simply getting blood into my joints. And jumpy stuff too - best deload movements for lower body - until hips were firing evenly and knees no longer warm.

Was soooo ready for this deload. Knees elbows and neck/shoulders have been aching since yesterday afternoon.
 
Friday 23rd December

Last day deload week and I am taking a rest day before hitting up some heavy pulls tomorrow. I am going to run another 12 week cycle with this training protocol and reduce progressions as I run PCT. Hopefully I will be able to handle the frequency so long as I undulate the intensity on the power days and maintain a reasonably high calorie intake. Once I begin cutting in March I will run a 5x5 protocol 3xweek and some HIIT 2xweek.

Been running LGD at 15mg for 2 weeks now and notice a big difference in effect. Getting massive pumps doing very little in the gym, especially my legs. I cant even cycle for more than 5min before my thighs feel like they are going to split open. I have noticed significant atrophy in my nuts and, while I am still able to "feed the chooks" every morning, there is not much there anymore, and my libido has crashed. It's not bothering me at all, since I understand why and also have PCT ready to go should I wake up one morning feeling catastrophically depressed. One more week to go before I start PCT.

Skinfolds are up, at 20mm this morning both hips. I am not suprised, kind of expected this might happen during a deload week and it adds to my confidence for some big pulls tomorrow.
 
Tuesday 27th December

Been pretty busy lately between work and xmas stuff.

Saturday I did heavy pulls hitting 5x3 with 200kg followed by good mornings for 3x8 with 80kg and BW pullups 3x8

Nothing Sunday or yesterday after working til 2am Subday morning and having extended family xmas day yesterday.

Wed 28th

Back skwaats today, sets of 8.

Despite taking a long time to get mobile these were going well, until the 4th working set that is. Pretty sure now I injured my back at work a little, and the inflamation around my spine began to shut down my right side quads during the 4th set. Tried releasing it on the foam roller but had to bail out from 5th set as my form was rubbish. Crap day really.
 
Friday 30th December

I started PCT today, a couple days earlier than i originally planned, as I have been feeling quite suppressed this week. Got in for EOC blood test yesterday morning and decided after to just go straight into PCT. 12weeks 5 days is more than long enough.

Its been 43hrs since my last LGD dose and I am already starting to feel pretty good. I am running clom and nolva like this at this stage 30:40/15:40/15:20/15:20 with mk at 30mg/day.

After PCT im going to dial back the food intake until i get my weight down to 95kg (105 atm looking fat af) hopefully without really losing any strengtg. Then maybe another LGD cycle middle next year. Next time i will wind up to 15mg/day a lot faster and finish cycle at 10wks.

3rd day PCT and I am feeling great. In fact, I just pulled 250kg (550Ib) for a lifetime PR! I am enjoying the lack of ridiculous baxk pumps and the nice warm buzz and gentle pump of the Dermastr3ngth and Ep1c TD.

Bench volume today. Been slack with logging my workouts lately, and right now I cant remember whether I have done 5 sets or 6 with 85kg, so im going to do 1 more and start being a little more dilligent with logging each set.

Day 4 PCT

My strength seems to be holding up but feel like i have def lost that all day pump. Hip skinfolds are back to 18mm and my weight has dropped to 102kg (-3kg) so I guess I have lost a lot of water.

Im feeling great compared with last week, aggression and libido are definitely improving each day. I have a feeling my bloods are going to show super low test last week from the feels.
 
Day 5 PCT

Rest day today.

Woke up with pretty bad DOMs for the first time since I started LGD. Also, I feel my ability to apply intense force at any time with no warmup has declined. Going to do some exercise band stuff to get mobile.
 
Im absolutely terrible at posing, took me about 15 shots get close to the same position as the september photo. I feel I have definitely have added significant mass around my upper back and shoulders though. That was my first foray into non-nattydom, and it was totally worth it.
 
4th Jan Day 6 PCT

No more sore joints today. Wasnt really sure they were sore all this time until walking up the stairs to the gym this morning and noticed my knees werent complaining.

Posterior chain feeling a little fatigued today.

6th Jan Day 8 PCT

Saw my GP yesterday after bloodwork came back earlier this week. Liver is ok, cholesterol levels were in range and AST scored 23. HPTA has taken a beating, my total test was at 7.7nmol which is clinically low. Going to get bloods done again in 4 weeks.

He made jump on his cursed EI scales which had me at 102.3kg and 28% BF and scheduled for death at 57 (it spits out a 'metabolic age') lol. Gym scales have me holding steady at //102kg for the last week and I have been eating on average 2960cal / day of fairly clean food. 3 more weeks and then i will bump this back to 2850 and should see slow downward shift in numbers on the scales. Im going to be careful this year with my cut as i really dont want to lose any of these gains.
 
Saturday 7th PCT Day 9

Ah sheeeet I forgot to hit the send button for yesterday's workout log. Heres a quick summary:
Felt like crap, failed 2nd working set front squats as r biceps/brach pain making my r hand shake and arm unstable. Then worked up to 6x1 with 170kg highbar with reasonable form considering r arm issues. Called it after this, and spent the rest of the day having a hard time at work dosing paracetamol & ibuprofen to get me through to knock off.

Woke up this morning with a throbbing right arm & hot elbow. Definitely resting today as I want to try and do some kind of deadlift day tomorrow.

I have noticed over the last 24hrs my libido has cooled to Absolute Zero and I have been feeling kind of, "emotional" or something. I have to continuously resist the urge to engage in ridiculous arguments with my wife and, upon refelcetion, feel I am behaving like a premestrual woman. I guess these are the SERM sides kicking in. Ah well, only 3 weeks to go.
 
Sunday 8th Jan

Deadlifts today. Worked up to 4x8 with 180kg after about an hr of warming up. R arm bothered me less than expected, the beauty of hookgrip i guess.

Was pretty gassed after this. Been maintaining about 2900cal/day all week and beginning to feel limited by it TBH. Finished off with 5x12 80kg low pause good mornings with light cable lat pulldown sets of 10 in between, to get blood flowing through my injured arm.
 
Monday 9th Jan

Feels:
R arm ok today - no pain, just a little tight. Yesterday after deads I experienced the most intense carb craving I can remember. Drove me completely off rails, and I ended up consuming 410g carbs and 3900cal overall.

Today sucks. RL issues and sore bicep are ganging up on me. Today im squatting with a low bar thumb over position as i cant grip the bar with my right hand or pull it into my traps properly.

Thurs 12th Jan PCT Day 14

Cant wait to finish PCT. I feel the SERMs are affecting my emotional control somewhat, making me snappy and depression-prone.

Good news this morning on the scales, weight down to 101.3kg and skinfolds at 17mm. Honestly I thought my bf was up as I have bren craving carbs terribly since Saturday, and eating around 300-400g carbs every day while protein intake has been up and down.

Deloading my bench today, working up to 3x3 with 90kg. Going to deload til Sunday week before kicking off a new program which will see volume decrease & introduction of some cardio in the form of HIT sessions 5 days/week. Sunday after that I will start cutting 200cal/day every 2-3 weeks until i get to 2300cal/day. Prob start supping with stims at 2700cal and will run low dose LGD&RAD (if i can handle it lol) at 2300cal as I wind my intake back up to 2900cal in 200cal/day weekly increments. I am curious as to whether I can make epic gainz this way as I have hit PRs in the past on a technical deficit as Im winding back up. Might end up being LGD/Osta if i am feeling banged up.

Wed 18th Jan PCT Day 2

Feeling great after a week of deloading. Been doing a little cardio (sled push), some BB stuff (arms shoulders 12-15repsx3s) and light Oly stuff (snatch into OH Squatx3-5).

I will get a bloodtest next week and if everything is OP will finish PCT on Thurs.
 
I should add, I have been craving carbs badly in the afternoons lately. Really struggling to keep my carb intake under control.
 
Thurs 19 Jan PCT 21

Yesterday I ate 240g carbs yet this morning I am shaking after 5 sets of light snatch-OH squats (x5). I wonder if I am going to lose bf this way?

After some rest I managed to PR on the cable lateral raise, hitting '60' for 12 reps. Pretty stoked with that, as it demonstrates I have not lost any of my LGD gained strength.

Also pretty happy to be able to run snatch complexes twice in one week with minor shoulder discomfort.
 
Sun 22nd Jan PCT Day 24

Kicked off a new program yesterday with deads, pulling 180kg for 3x8. Fundamentally, adjustments in this new program are designed to facillitate a calorie deficit as I prepare to start my cut at the end of this week. I will prob start another log for this, as I find myself more consistent with diarising by logging on AM.

Bench today, hit 2x8 & 1x16 (PR!) with 80kg.

Plate rows (Hammerstrength machine) hit 160kgx8 then 2x5 which is also a massive PR.

Other accessories:

Strict OHP 3x8 with 50kg pretty easy but really trying to practice good form this week. Will bump up next week to 55kg

Cable lateral raise '55' for 3x8

Mon 23rd Jan PCT day 25

Forgot my headphones this morning, on the worst day, as I am feeling really sttessed out. Couple weeks back my brother in law had a stroke which was so bad the doctors were amazed he survived. Yesterday they found cancer on his gall bladder, which is operable, and most likely the cause of his blood clotting issues. My wife is a complete mess, and my kids are becoming distressed at her frequent crying episodes. So I really dont feel like listening to Ellie Golding and watching the b grade fox crap (clips of peoole getting bashed wtf?) on the gym TV while I squat this morning, but I need to distract myself somehow.

Had a pretty good workout in the end, feeling 5000 times better now.
