My run with SlinShot

Hey there everyone, first off I want to thank Grambo, AaronJP1 and Purus Labs for giving the opportunity to run Slinshot. I took 2 pills last night with my dinner which consisted of about 72 carbs. I am 5'8" about 184 as of this morning, 21.5& bf. I started strong lifts 5x5 yesterday and the workout went like this..

Welcome everybody!! Glad to have you along. No lifting today, took 1 cap with my lunch which was about 45 grams of carbs.

In buddy. SLinshot is surely a staple of mine. Real quick, A little background info??? And your numbers for your workout. Is that 45 POUNDS squat and bench. Not knocking buddy, just tyring to understand your layout. Keep getting it man

I just started strong lifts 5x5 and that's what they say to start out at. My pr for bench is 185, but I want to progress slowly on this program. Will go up 10 pounds each time instead of 5 for awhile. 5'8" 184 21.4% bf I am currently cutting. Around 2,150 calories daily and a bit less usually on non-lifting days. 40/33/27 macros.

Yes mine hardly ever comes out exactly even I always round off. Like today was a low carb day and according to myfitnesspal they came out

I thought it was purposely set up that way... Yeah I agree macros always round out...

I know me too at first then I thought and looked at mine. Lol I remember when I first started tracking and watched all u guys posting even ratios all the time and was like mine never comes out hahah yes I was naive.

I'm just following the diet that was made for me. I probably won't be doing strong lifts since I don't have a barbell, just a home gym machine. So I have to figure out a good split. Any ideas? Took 1 cap of slinshot with my breakfast of 6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 2 slices wheat toast with 2 tbsp natural peanut butter, and an apple.

It's a powertec multi system gym with a squat rack, Bench press and a lat pulldown area. Also bow flex dumbbells 10-90 pounds.
 
Ya I tried Glycobol.... **** killed it for me...
SlinShot is the only one for me

S.O., what are you noticing from SLINshot so far and how would you compare it to other GDAs on the market that you have tried?

Alright bros, hit chest and back today after work. I took 2 caps with my post workout meal and I'm feeling good!! Back and biceps tomorrow!!
 
Worked out my chest and triceps monday and hit shoulders today. About to take 2 caps and have some food. Will be weighing myself in a few days probably.
 
What ever happened to this log?
 
I lost internet for like 1-2 months and didn't post up all of my info that I kept. It's around here somewhere. Sucks, I know.

Do you remember your final thoughts or review?
