I started bodybuilding since 6 months.

I really want some answers about HGH :

Does it dramatically help a 21-years-old guy to develop muscles mass ?

Does it cause ACNE ?

What are the side effects ?

I'm not laazy, It's just that I read topic about that, but I don't understand this english, I need very basics english to understand, so, there are expressions that I probably lead me to understand the contraries of the real meaning of it
