I weighed 193lbs in the first shots, 189lbs in the second.
 
thanks man. Lots of work on my chest, back, shoulders, and arms. I didn't realize I didn't have a chest until I started to lose some flab. I just had/have old man gyno boobs.

By the way this progress has been with simply a protein blend, ADAM multi, and a digestive enzyme.
 
Just my honest opinion:

1. Your legs are by far freakin awesome ( probably easiest gain for you)

2. Chest is weak, looks like weak bodypart. Weighted Dips, Incline Bar / DB, Cable Crossovers. Go 2 set warmup 25% weight, 3-5 sets heavy as you can 6-10 reps. Hurt that f'cker

3. You look best with Full Beard = ) and no I'm not hitting on you I"m not "that" kind of guy :D
