man, I've worked and worked, and I dont get that much mass at all, and I never look much bigger...grr.. :fawk: ppl w/ good genetics...give some to us ecto's

obviously the progression is noticable. was it simply you getting yourself to the gym, eating right? share with us your training method, bump in calories, supp use, etc. Sage

nope this would be the first time im going to use ph's.. ill keep a detailed log though dont worry ;).. i should explode, there were a lot of things i was doing wrong before believe it or not, the main part was just not hitting the correct parts of the muscles..

zeromagnus- im an ecto too if you notice ;)..

as for routine- its kinda of hard to say since i had to do a sort of trial and error... in the beginning it was all newbie gains, going to the gym and doing 4 sets of each muscle group every other day!!! eating right was the key though specially to give me that cut look in the second picture.. right now i seem to favor higher volume.. round 14-15 sets, i just switched to this about a month ago and im loving it.. you dont do all the sets to the same part of the muscle but instead hit the muscle at all angles so your really doing about 4 sets per part.. i get about 3050 calories a day, although right now im probobly a little lower than that since i noticed slight fat gains so i am going to ease it up a bit for a few weeks..

thats incredible that you did that in 6 months. I started off the same as you but its been over a year and I havent come close to your results. Keep up the good work, youre an inspritation to skinny guys like me.

haha dude your right but look at the date of that post! it was like last week ;).. i told you i am planning on doing 2 ph cycles.. one in march and one in may... trust me i have been all natural to this point only creatine, protein, and hard work..

haha oh definitely im gonna keep pretty detailed logs.. i cant wait.. i think i have to wait till middle of march though :(... spring break is second week of march and transdermals and spring break wont go together very well ;)

Yeah bro that's incredible gains in 6 months, as a fellow ectomorph I know how hard it is to make gains like that. How much protein, carbs etc are you getting ? I don't quite know what you mean by 14-15 sets but only really 4 sets per bodypart. How many days a week do you train and have you got any tips for me bro ?
 
im trying to figure that out now.. that is one thing i regret not doing is getting measurements.. im getting a tape measurer this week and im going to get those..

as for nutrition lately i have been really hammering food down.. been getting a lot of smaller meals throughout the day and getting the correct bmr etc..

yeo: what i meant by 14 sets but different parts of the muscle is say for shoulders i would do 4 sets of the front head of the shoulder, 4 sets for rear, and then 4 of say dumbbell presses.. i only do the high volume when im off school though because my stress levels stay elevated when im in school and hamper my recovery, so i usually do around 8-9 sets during school..
 
I`m in the same boat.
I didn`t take any measurements when before I seriously started training.
But when people start saying you`re looking bigger, you know that you`re making some good progress.
I train in a similar fashion to you, but maybe with a little more volume.
What`s your height & weight?
 
soon... not yet.. i am starting a t1-pro cycle next week actually.. that will be my first ph cycle.. im not going to do any AAS cycles till i have a few ph cycles underneath my belt.. ill keep you guys updated..
