My PMAG Cycle in a Nutshell...

So I just wanted to give those interested a recap of my first cycle as today was my last day. Starting weight was 162 with a bodyfat roughly around 13-14% (guess). Im 22 years old and had been lifting for about 5 years, seriously for 3. Started around 165 and very chubby a few years ago. Got tired of it and cut hard down to around 140. I stayed there for a couple years and then decided to bulk this past fall. Got to 162 naturally in about 4 months.

Dosing went as follows:
75/75/100/100/125/125

PCT will be as follows:
Nolva 20/20/10/10
Erase 0/0/3/3/2/2
Intimidate
Con-Cret Creatine

Goals of this cycle were really to just mostly get my feet wet and see how my body reacts to PH's. I ate slightly above matience. I wanted to lean out a little bit and did not plan on an all out bulk but more of a recomp. My routine was GVT so I did not notice much of a strength increase but absolutely noticed endurance increase.

Side Effects were little to non-existent. Only sides i expierenced were back pumps on squat day and some lethargy that started to kick in towards the end of week 5 and carried on throughout week 6. Also, libido was a little sporadic, would be very high some days and very low on others.

Week 1: Excitement was def high as I had been planning this cycle now for several months. Did not notice much in the gym besides a placebo effect and pushed myself hard this first week, perhaps too hard as i tweaked my lower back a little doing deadlifts. Before this cycle I had done a 2 month "detox" where the only thing I took was a multi and protein.

Week 2: Effects were still not really felt at this point but continued to push myself very hard. Not much to report as far as results.

Week 3: This is when I really started to feel it. Weights begain feeling lighter and the weight was up a few pounds. This only got me more excited and i continued to push myself some more. Also, back pumps started to creep in on squat day and I begain dosing taurine which helped slightly.

Week 4: Again, started to feel more as if I was on something. Friends and family started noticing and asking what I was on lol. Weights felt much lighter and agression was certainly up. i feel this was my best week, put on about 4 pounds this week and intensity was through the roof. I had officially fallen in love lol

Week 5: My feelings from week 4 only carried on more and I was really hitting a stride. Lifting partner was making compliments on my lifts and def noticed I was on something. Lethargy started to set in towards the end of this week. Not sure if it was due to the compound or due to me pushing myself so hard but it was def noticeable. Funny story...was helping his brother move up to the 2nd floor of an apartment and felt like a beast carrying furniture, I took this heavy ass dresser up a flight of stairs by myself and his brother (not knowing I was on anything) said that I must be on steroids to lift that by myself, got a kick out of that.

Week 6: I was still pushing heavier weight than normal and was fighting the lethargy. Was tempting not to add in a PWO during this week as lethargy was hitting me pretty hard but I resisted. Just kept pushing the weights and working hard trying to squeeze the most I could out of this.

All in all I loved it. Finsihed around 172-173. If I did it again I would of just ran it at 100 the whole way through as I feel that was the sweet spot as far as sides:gains. I will probably wait until this winter to run another cycle but I feel it was a success. I will run my PCT and get blood work done. Will post bloods in this thread. Im sure there's a ton of stuff Im missing but if you have any questions please ask.
 
First off awesome cycle man reading your log made me pumped for my cycle coming up.
Did you lean out a bit? Also did you notice any hair shedding? (if your prone)

Thanks, I did lean out slightly but not much as I was doing zero cardio except a few pick-up basketball games a week, reason being my main goal was to gain as much weight as possible.

I did not have any issues with hair at all, not sure if I'm prone to it cause I've never had problems previously.
