Ok, PCT is over and done with. I’m very happy with the results.
BW, measurements etc
I have kept most of my gains and have shed fat as well.
Biceps – Gained a total of 0.79in on cycle, dropped 0.20in during PCT
Thighs – Gained a total of 1.77in on cycle, dropped 0.39in during PCT
Chest – Gained a total of 1.77in on cycle, dropped 0.59in during PCT
Waist – Gained a total of 1.97in on cycle, dropped 1.57in during PCT
BW – Gained a total of 16.9lbs on cycle, dropped 4.4lbs during PCT.
Strength
PCT saw me set new PR’s almost weekly on most of my lifts.
Current BW: 166.5lbs
For a total of 8 weeks (cycle and PCT):
Squat for top set of 3 – up 9.5% to 353.8lbs
Overhead Press for top set of 3 – up 9% to 187lbs
Deadlift for top set of 3 – up 7.8% to 381.3lbs
Bench – for top set of 3 – up 15.6% to 236.5lbs
Power Shrugs for top set of 3 – up 5.9% to 294.8lbs
Libido/hair loss etc
No libido problems at all, no shrinkage, no hair loss, BUT def increased aggression.
