My patience with ATW has expired

Guys,

I know a lot of you for the most part are quite happy with ATW’s service, but please understand that what I say below, I only do so publicly after, being more patient than anyone needs to be, during a time when my wife has given birth and where she’s had to be sent back to hospital. And I only post the below after keeping it to email to no avail, and being advised by ceo’s of sponsoring supp companies on this board. I have exhausted all options I know of.

I purchased from ATW in bulk, they charged my credit card asap. However, 2 weeks after I had not received a receipt or confirmation of shipping or proof of purchase. I contacted ATW and found out they had yet not shipped! No explanation given. It’s now been 3 weeks. Apparently I would get an email from their shipping department. No email has been received. What I did receive the other day was some USPS reference numbers that mean nothing to me.

I have asked repeatedly for a receipt AND a copy of the USPS shipping receipt showing the date of shipping.

But no answer from ANYBODY on this. I have not even received a minimum level of service. And I don’t want to loser my $300 aussie dollars.

I have been patient...extremely patient...more than anyone should be. The advice I’ve got from those I have talked to from this board, which includes supp companies on here talking in light of their own experience is that ATW should already have offered to either send me my products quicker at their own expense if they haven't already sent… or to send me free product ASAP covering the time of the delay. The advice I have got is that I have done the right thing in keeping this private rather than whine on the board, but that if ATW do not act, then to go public with this.

ATW are totally aware of this issue and have done nothing to rectify except ignore my requests, and Laura has tried to get in contact with them…Laura understand that the treatment I’ve received is unacceptable too. ATW also recognize this…I got an email from their VP Paul….he accepted I had been aggravated but then insults me by saying that the NEXT time I shop with them they’ll make it up to me! What a slap in the face! ATW obviously think I’ll just shut up and go away

I sit here waiting for a proof of purchase, confirmation of shipping through a copy of the shipping receipt AND for ATW to make up for treating me like crap. I’ve asked for these repeatedly.

Anyway, hope you all understand why I have posted this and that I at least get your moral support.

If any of you have any suggestions on how I should proceed with this, I’m all ears.

You have made a valid point and post. I have no suggestion for you at this time. It is my hope that Laura will see this and make this right for you. I will forward this to her myself.

I will be closing this now, out of respect for you and for ATW. This is business between you two. No board members' suggestion are required or appreciated.
 
BTW: For anyone with issues with threads of this nature being closed; your grievence is stated in your post and is still very visible for all to read. It is not our attempt to censor you and you service dissatisfaction. Your grievence is stated and stands. Comments, suggestions or opinions from the peanut gallery are not helpful in resolving your issues. They are not required nor appreciated.
