Here is what i am thinking about for my next cycle....

I want to emphasize on strength gains rather than mass...but mass will be much appreciated....


I am thinking about dooing a heavy 4AD cycle with 1-Test and 19-Nor thrown in.....


I am going to run it for six weeks since during my last cycle i saw the most strength gains in the 4th week...so I am thinking of pushing it to six weeks...

i am thinking of 6 week with 400mgs 4AD(maby 500 unless that is too much??) 150mgs 1-Test and 150mgs 19-Nor per day...

as always i will have Nolva on hand...
and i am going to use clomid post cycle(maby nolva too because it seems like a pretty heavy cycle)...

i am also thinking about something for bloat...

i think that with this the legarthy should be very minimal....



what are everyone's thoughts and opinions.....

i want to run a similiar cycle, but with a smaller amount of 4AD and a little higher amoun t of 1-test and nordiol, about 150 mg of 4AD, and 200mg of Nordiol and 1-test a day...

what you think about that?
 
that sounds like a nice cycle...

i did a 200mgs 4-AD 150mgs 1-Test cycle this summer and i saw a huge increase in my bench which is what i am focusing on...

i think my max increased around 50 pounds...

i am hoping to bring it up another 50 during my next cycle in a few months...


i got a question for anyone who is into powerlifting....


i was wondering how I would do in a meet if i was benching around 405 when i entered....i weigh around 220 right now....is that good??

my bench right now is around 350-360...

i also am 19 so i would be in the teen division....
 
Powerlifting also requires you to have a large squat and deadlift, how are you on those lifts? I've heard of a competition where they take your bench and divide it by your bodyweight, the highest number wins, I'm not sure if I like that idea myself. :D

ok heres my plan of action:
run about 500 mg 4AD/day
then run 100-150 1-test/ day

this will give you great gains in strength as well as muscle growth. if you are looking for more i would add some hydroxy-test or nor for the compound. but i think that alone will give you good gains. Right now im thinking of about a gram / day of 4AD w/ some letro on the side to keep away the bloat. 1-test is awesome for strength but can be REALLY bad on the hairline... so with that in mind go with what you think is god for you. hope that helps.
ps~ i hope legal gears is coming out w/ a t-gel very quickly.. im getting ansy
