My Next Bulking Cycle

wk 1-4 40mg, dbol per day
wk 1-12 400 mg Deca per week
wk 1-16 750 mg Test E per week

wk 13-16 20mg SD per day (not sure if will do this but I have a couple bottles that I have had for a while and need to use)

post cycle therapy is going to be Toremifene and I have some nolva and letro if needed.

Let me know what you guys think.

first off what is your stats?

Secondly 20mg a day of what?

Tertiary is that isn't long enough with the deca, it takes a full 6 weeks to "Kick In". you would be better to front load it or run it longer with the latter being the better option. I would run it 15 weeks in this cycle.

I also like an anti e with the dbol to cut down on the sides somewhat, reduce the chance of gyno but that is my personal opinion. I would also run on of the milder AI if I had it.

this is a nice choice for a cycle, its hard to go wrong with a bread and butter cycle :D

Have a couple cycles under my belt but this is the first time I am using deca

What would you suggest using during the dbol based on the list of stuff I have for pct? And... I have used just toremifene on my last pct but felt it wasn't quite enough and wanted to add one or both of the letro or nolva with it.... what are your opinions on that?
 
don't use nolva+deca
use clomid instead, or an AI like letro/arimidex (otherwise I would recommend nolva over clomid)

bad bad interaction between those two
 
I was going to use the letro as needed during the dbol and then the following for post cycle therapy.

Toremifene
Letro
Fenugreek

Since this is my first run with deca, would that be a sufficient post cycle therapy?

nolva and deca have a bad interaction? can you explain that one?

like I said that really isn't long enough on the deca but I would drop the letro out of the post cycle as it brings too many sides. I would read up on swales for more info. but otherwise that is fine, run the letro with the dbol and use the others for the cycle/pct.

u should run the letro no more than .25 a day or .5 EOD
