My New Workout

I just started this strength/endurance training...what do you guys think....its high sets and low reps with 20 second rest period..15x2 clean and press, 10x1 bench etc....

It would work well if training for MMA or some other similar activity, but dont expect it to be a mass program.
 
As Rodja pointed out... what are your goals.

We can't comment on it if we don't know what direction you are wanting to go.
