my new routine.. what u think, opinions???

Here will be my new split for the next month or so.. Everything will usually be 3-4 sets anywhere between 8-12 reps depending on exercise

Mon- Chest
Hammer Strength Incline
Incline BB
Flat bench smith press
Machine fly

Tues-Shoulders
DB Press
Bent over DB Lateral
Behind neck press
DB seated Lateral Raise
Front Raises
Shrugs

Wednsday- Legs
Squats
Lyin leg press
Front squat machine
Extension
Standing Leg curl
Lying leg curl
Stiff legg deads
Calf raise machine
Calf raise

Thurs- OFF just 20 mins Cardio Abs

Fri -Arms
Db Curl
Inclin Curl
Hammer Curl
Preacher curl

Pushdown
close grip bench press
Overhead Ext
kickbacks

Sat-Back
Pullups
DB row
Tbar Row
Cable Row
Deads

Sun- OFF just 20 mins cardio and abs
 
what are your goals? and will each exercise with its rep/set/intensity setup help you reach that goal?
 
Why smith machine bench press on monday ?
You should add some dips, excellent exercice for shoulders chest and triceps.
 
What bodyparts would you consider your lagging parts? The workouts seem tailored to equality, but not much total focus on any one area. IMO
 
What are your goals? How long have you been lifting? Are you using any supplements/PH? To me it seems like a lot Of volume, lots of excercises, however it is well balanced routine as far as each muscle group being hit equally.
 
My goals are just to keep adding size and strength.. I have been lifting for about 7yrs Just finishing my cycle of primo/test.. I usually do this sort of volume with sets/reps and see good resulsts
