My natty stack

Please see attachment. N-Acetyl Tyrosine, forskolin, Tongkat Ali (longjack variety), Mucuna Pruriens L-Dopa at around 60%. Good?

Looks good, let us know how it goes. Thinking of running a similar stack

I already ran this stack back in January. Bloodwork came back that I increased my test by 40 points from 2014 which is around 630ish. Test went up as I got older. The only thing that's not shown is zinc. I run 50mg twice for 100mg a day for the first week of my "cycle" then 50mg for the remaining 7 weeks

Sweet! Looks good. I'me jealous of the stack.

Just a FYI you can find tongkat, F95 and Mucuna all well dosed in one product, Alphamax!
This. As well as ashwagandha, which is another great natural ingredient for a variety of uses, from optimizing hormone balance, to improving mood and reducing anxiety, to improving endurance.

OP, are there any other reasons as to why you do not want to run forskolin for 12 weeks? Most of the studies on forskolin have people taking it for 12 weeks for best results.

First time for me hearing about forskolin causing adrenal fatigue.
forskolin/tyrosine/Mucana Pruriens (L-Dopa) >>> cAMP (Cyclic adenosine monophosphate) >>> noradrenaline/norepinephrine.

What makes noradrenaline/norepinephrine? The adrenal glands.
