Everythings Terrific,not as much recovery time is needed.sometimes im training twice a day

my nutrition is good...training is hard.....sleep is good.

as of now im 216..i plan to take my measurements nov 1 and post them.maybe by the end of all this ill take a pic. hey, quit teasing me

I Didnt reach my goal of a 34 inch waist at 215.Im continuing to take Mohn and my strength is up and feeling terrific.I Started Serious Nutrion Solutions Mohn on October 11th.I m done my first bottle.I have one bottle left and im going to finish it.

Just a note...I Keep My Mohn Dosage Generally Around 16 mgs a day.I like to space out takign Mohn 4-5 hrs apart.If I stay up,Sometimes i will take 20 mgs a day ,just to keep the mohn going,But generaly im around 16.

I plan to Achieve my goal next Month by
Eating Slower burning Carbs,Beside the three hour postrainign window of opportunity)
Eat More Frutis And Veggies

what will i have to elimate? More "Junk" food

and you support this notion how? I think your right if this is all you do, but I work up by going something like (and yes it builds some serious muscle).

thats all well and good.I do how i want too and im doign basically the ast max-ot training method with exceptions,but basically max -ot (4-6 reps a bodypart) sometimes more different twitch fibers(slow?)for example biceps i might go up to 8

recovery is awesome by now.Im training six days a week,sometimes twice a day,for the same bodypart.Mohn has not reduced fat much.Its all about Diet.My strength is up,endurance is up, and energy is up.Im feeling terrific,sleep is Good,everythings good.
 
ive reached 220 but im down to 216.I am seeing bodyfat loss ,since i started my new cutting diet.

im feeling terrific ,diet is good ,sleep is good training is good

ive been takign Mohn for a month.I See a difference in my body changes.Im harder and more vasular.From the time i first started mohn, I stopped taking Creatine;Im starting creatine next week.The Big diference On Mohn is
feeling great.Although i feel terrific ;Mohn is Terrific.I like Mohn

Im still expecting more from this stack ;i have another week or two supply left


i have 6-oxo to do pct. and ill add zma,The main Thing is Diet
 
You stopped taking creatine while on cycle... brilliant :frustrate
 
I started my creatine yesterday.weight is at 220...and i have lost off my waist...so far mohn has worked.my belt size has gone down a size.belly has gone done.

my training partner does not use creatine(hes 6ft3,my height and 230 ripped) has never done a cycle,,and only eats two or three times a day,he also has good genetics imo.

im stronger than him on some lifts,,,anyways he says creatine makes the waist bigger.IM going to pay attention to see if my waists gets bigger while on creatine while staying on my cutting diet.(red potATOES,yams,brown rice)for slow burning carbs.....

also i heard postcycling to eat more.Although MOhn is not suppressive,if at all.I dont think eating more applys postcycling for mohn,if this eating more postcycle is true.

of course creatine aids with weight strength and endurance.

It seems to add a lil water weight also around the stomach.so im watching
my stomach. Onething i always want is a trim neat stomach.another added benifits It makes your penis look bigger,because the fat cells accumulate around the base of the penis.

anyways today is my last day of my mohn cycle. 11-21-04 ; i started it 10-11-04 i will give my opinion after i do pct (6-oxo) then zma after 6-oxo..actually mohn was not suppressive at all.(and if it was,i didnt notice much) I did get a few pimples on my body and face.Nothing major. Im feeling terrific!

i think some of my waistloss gains have come from cycling off creatine,my cutting diet,and possibly mohn.

my strength has gone up,Overall I like Mohn.I know i didnt give a detailed log;just a breif overveiw,summary.

i had no sleep problems on Mohn at all.I did notice if i sleep less i felt recovered.I personally think its a good idea to still get the right amount of sleep.Sex Drive is Normal or it may have upped it.Im like a dog humping a fire hydrate. anyways I give mohn two thumbs up.My dosage is was/is around 16 mgs.Next time i will go up higher in mgs im thinking 28 mgs.

Ill post my measurements at the beginning of december two thousand and four.
 
right......this log is pointless. your diet, training and supplementation are so inconsistent that i cant see anyone getting real objective info on the PH you are using. not to mention the conflicting and ephemeral "visual results" you've posted, combined with no solid weight/lifts/measurements/calories being tracked or any reasonable goals set....just a waste of a log.

i have my doubts as to whether you should even be bothering with PH. at 6'3" and 216 u r so far from ur genetic potential. get your diet in order.
sorry to flame, but it sure seems appropriate.

Thanks for the critism,it does help sometimes. 6ft3 220 now, my diet is in order,sure im learning and been bodybuilding for two point five years but my diet is pretty much in check.Have you seen my diet?

Now im not dissing your physic;its good,big,you kind of remind me of that guy at the beginning of The Movie Troy,real tall and big,but you need to cut the belly out.Good Luck in everything

oh and as far as diet,id like to discuss and learn more than i already know.maybe i can learn from you.I always like to learn.
 
i found my diet ,im not tAKING MOHN ANYMORE,EXCLUSE THE MOHN INCLUSE 20 GRAMS OF CREATINE THREE DAYS ON THREE DAYS OFF.RED POTATOES,BROWN RICE,AND SWEET POTATOES,ALONG WITH VEGGIES.

wake up 8:00 am Mohn pill ,milk thistle,vit c,e, Basic 4 cereal(50 carbs),protein shake(on) 50 grams,flax oil 1-2 teaspoons

school,then i train

12 oclock postraining meal(s) 3 hour wondow of opportunity postraining

Mohn,all my vits etc saw palmetto,cit c.e multi

ast-ss vp2 shake 20 grams with ast dextose crytal glucose powder (40 carbs)

12:30 30 mins later

whiterice 70 carbs,6 eggs(1 yolk)(20-30),ast v2 shake (20 )

1:30one hour later
2 pototes with creme cheese,chicken breasts

3:30two hours later
broccoli,brown rice (30 carbs) 2 salmon steak(45 protein)flex oil teasppon

4:00 Mohn

5:30-6:00 two hours to two and a half hours- turkey butt with kale,sweet pottaoe

8:00 Mohn

9:00 three hours later Tuna Fish,spinach,sweet paotatoe

11:30 two and a half hours later cottage cheese,multi vitiman Mohn IM NOT TAKING VIT E ANYMORE,JUST IN MY MULTI.

I take gaba bedfore bedtime and sometimes melatontin.
 
The guy at the beginning of troy is Nathan Jones. He's 370lbs in great shape, at about 6'10, I doubt there is anybody that looks much like him.(around here anyway)

He's HUGE!! The biggest lean man I have ever seen(overall).
 
I agree with smeton. Brakes you have no room to criticize anyone's diet. Looks like you glass house is fallin down.

if i was 230 or 240 (say, 30 or 40 lbs lighter and an appropriately similar size at your shorter height), i'd be ripped also....in fact i was, back then....pic attached, probably 3 {ears old. please - post pics in response.

pjsallday - not sure i know anything about c glass house - i was commenting on the tendency toward relying on inconsistent cycles to derive expected results.....ie. a person actually ascertaining some info from this thread that is helpful.

smeton_yea, your paper log book is priceless, i'm sure. but you've reported nothing in this thread. oh, besides "i like mohn"

I measure at the begiining of every month and set a goal for that Month.From last Month I HAVE GOT MY GOAL.

My goal was a weight of 215 with a 35 inch waist.

Im 220 ,a 35 inch waist

Flexed (but not pumped)

chest 46.25
Upper Legs L. 27.35 R. 27.25
Upper Arms L. 17 R.17
Calves L.16.325 R.16.25
Neck 17

My Goal This month is too not put any on my waist.Eat a clean diet.and focus on Building Musclemass,while keeping my waist around 35.Still complex carbs thughout the day and simple carbs postraining;Take in Whole foods.(100% Beef,chicken,tuna,salmon etc)(yams,red potatoes,brown rice..etc) healthy fats )(fish or flax work good for me)Ive heard fish gives better fatloss.

Creatine im doing 3 days on (20-25 grams) 3 days off.Im done Pct,I did 6 oxo just because i like being safe;after all it is my body im talking about.

That sums it up for my Mohn Journal.
