Now besides meal f, it depends when I take every other meal. Working out depends what meal I take and I usually will take the 2 N-large meal shakes at work. This is my gaining size diet, I want to bulk so should I stick to this or eat more, I know everyone's gonna say EAT MORE. I would like to know what you guys think so far.
 
Oh should of added that. I've stopped for a month training, I'm at 162 lbs and 5'10. I can gain off this but I'm not sure it's enough to bulk, what do you guys think? I haven't taken my body fat measurements for a while but I don't think it's not past 11%, it doesnt matter for me because either way I'll gain fat if bulking.
