2 caps a day 4 week cycle. It's really not that bad people these days are running 20-30mg of m-sten the 13 ethyl(max lmg) is wicked under dosed, and the epi is dosed average. So it's 1 harsh methyl, 1 medium methyl with AI like properties and 1 aromatizing non methyl that's super under dosed. TUDCA + regular cycle support should cover it and have an AI on hand.
 
Methyl toxicity is person dependant... and overrated.
