My LGD, MK2866 & GW-501516 CYCLE Log/experience

THE LOG
DAY 1 - 6pm - 10mg of GW
DAY 2 - 6pm - 10mg of GW
DAY 3: 6pm - 10mg of LGD, 10mg of GW-501516, 25mg of MK2866

Gym at 10pm following taking sarms at 6, don’t know if it was just a good day or if it was the sarms but I hit PB’s on every lift I did. Not much extra but between 2.5KG and 5KG per exercise in the 10 to 12 rep range and was able to keep the weights up for more sets (I’ve been on GW for 3 days as I already had this)

- Training split:
o Chest, shoulders and triceps (Mon, Wed)
o Back and biceps (Tues bit of extra leg work thrown in here ,Thur)
o Legs (Fri)
o Strength Full Body (Sat)
o REST DAY - SUNDAY
o Running - Monday, Wednesday, Friday (40 mins cardio to see what GW can do with my running)
- Food: Bulking - 3500 calories a day. Extra added on cardio days to account for anything lost. Mainly clean food with a small amount of junk (tracking macros on my fitness pal)

- Supplements: Creatine, Protein shakes (2 per day)

I’ll upload a weekly update from here on with a bit of an update about how the results are/ any sides I experience and then a summary at the end of the cycle.
