Ok, guys at the gym stare me down when they see my calves. LOL. I usually then say, "man, I wish I had the guns you do Hulk...." It's a give and take I guess. They aren't anything special, but they're mine damnit!!!!!!!!!

have you been targeting calves to bring them up or are you just trying to strengthen entire lower body and your calves are really progressing?

I do some target work, but squats and general leg work as well obviously. Whenever I do them, I'm doing 20x3 for my sets going very heavy.
