My Leg workout

Took exactly 1 hour and 10min

Warmup- 135lbs 1x8

Back Squats- 245lbs 1x10, 275lbs 3x8

Front Squats- 185lbs 4x10

Straight Leg Dead Lifts- 205lbs 4x10

Lunges- 135lbs 4x10

Standing Split Front Squat 135 1x10 each leg

Leg Extention 165lbs 4x10

Leg Curls 70lbs 4x10


Am I missing anything? Im currently bulking...

I normally do my workouts at around 9AM. And normally there basically weak all day. Theyre the most sore on the 2nd day. and theyre normally good by the 4th day..

I get so dead after i cant manage to do calves:nervous: lol

i normally do them other days tho..

is there any other exercises to include?
