My jar of poseidon degraded really quick.

About 15 days into my trial of poseidon the contents became orange in color. The fine powder became thickened and smelled funny. It was stored in a cool, dry place along with my other powered supps that did just fine. Anyone else have any problems like this?
 
Yeah, I got some of this when I got to the smaller portions left in the chug. It's just moisture content in the Poseidon, still mixes up just fine, and loose no effect(as per the flush I still get).

The product is still fine qizzle...this happens to a lot of powdered drink mixes on the market. No worries my friend.

This does happen, especially if you get ANY moisture at all in the powder. Poseidon literally sucks up any moisture that you may introduce, even in a small way.

I noticed that I would scoop Poseidon out and put it through the small opening in a water bottle. By doing this, the scoop would scrap the top of the water bottle and get the tiniest bit of moisture on it. When I put the scoop back in the Poseidon container and closed the lip, that moisture was sucked up immediately. Doing this 2-3 times per week over a few week period caused the same thickening as your describing. Once I realized this, I started using a funnel and the problem was solved.

The product will remain just as potent as long as you keep it in a cool, dry place. :)

LOL, I noticed that to. Except I'm the evil older brother, while he's the drunk child that obviously had self-esteem issue growing up in my monsterous shadow of greatness.:D
