My h-drol log

I was just going to keep a h-drol log. I got my h-drol in the mail about 2 hours ago and took my first pill shortly after. I'll be doing this cycle for 4 weeks at 50/50/50/50(75 the last 4 days to complete bottle)
This will be my first ever PH. My current stats are height 5'11" weight: 162
