Gotta love mentabolan... (Trest) week three it kicks in nice... Week four had me like damn I don't want to stop should have bought enough for 8 weeks. Bench went up 50lbs on my working sets no lie about 10 in the first two weeks and 40 in the last two.

Mentabolan isn't Trest. Common misconception. MENT is Trestolone Ace. Mentabolan is the Prohormone to Trestolone.
 
Day 9

Weight: 185.6

I was sick the last three days so I had to skip the gym yesterday, but I'm restructuring my workout days this week so that I get in 4 days. If I'm going to get sick on cycle, at least it was in the 1st or 2nd week.

My workout this morning went well. I'm anxiously awaiting the strength increases that I know the Trest will bring.

Flat Bench: 185 6,5,5 135 1x12
Pendlay Rows: 185 4x5
Overhead Press: 115 6,5,5
Lat Pulldowns: 150 4x12

Not as of yet, but I'm taking 0.5mg of Arimidex EOD. I was told that it was better with Trest to try to keep the estrogen issues from ever happening in the first place than to try to chase them away once they do occur.
 
Day 10

Weight: 186.6

Weight is up a little, but I think it's related to what I ate last night. It was my mom's last night in town, and we went to a restaurant, where I definitely overate. I've felt bloated and tired all day.

My workout was rough. I didn't even want to go, but I forced myself to. My pre-workout didn't work, and the weight felt heavy, so I kept the weight light on a couple exercises.

ATG High Bar Squats: 280 3x5, 225 1x12
RDL's: 185 3x10
Leg Extensions: 140 3x15
Kneeling Leg Curl: 70 each leg 3x10
Hanging Leg Raises: 25,25,20

There's not much else to report. I'm hoping I will start feeling "on" sometime next week.
 
Day 11

Weight: 186.0

Today is a rest day, so there isn't much to report. But I feel it's noteworthy that I'm not bloated today and my weight is still up. I think it's a sign of good things to come.
 
Day 12

I didn't get a chance to post yesterday so I'm doing it today. I forgot to weigh myself that morning. My workout felt great, although I tweaked my shoulder a bit while benching. Overall, my mood has been better, energy is up, and I've been sleeping better. I think it might be finally starting to kick in.

My endurance and strength during workouts is definitely up a bit. I know I would have had a great squat session, but I was only able to do one heavy set before my shoulder started hurting. I may have to take a few days off and let it heal. Since I couldn't really squat, I decided to do some deadlifts. Unfortunately, I hadn't brought my chalk so my grip failed before my back and legs did. I worked up to a single at 335. I know I could have done more reps that weight if I'd had the chalk.

ATG High Bar Squat: 285 1x5
Deadlifts
Goblet Squats: 110 3x15
Leg Curl Machine: 170 1x8 180 2x8
Leg Press: 6 plates each side 3x20

Man, it looks like I will have to stop taking a pre-workout while on cycle. I take a scoop in the morning on my rest days, and the last two days, I haven't felt great afterwards.

I'm resting up my shoulder today and will be back in the gym tomorrow.
 
Ok, guys, I need your help. I've started experiencing some weird sides. About 30 min after I apply the TD Trest, I start getting heart palpitations and I feel some slight tingling in my left arm. This doesn't seem to happen with the oral Trest. Needless to say, I'm concerned. I went to CVS and checked my BP just now and it's 145/81.

What should I do? Should I lower the dose? Stop using the TD altogether? I want to salvage this cycle if I can, so I have some other things I could run for the last 6 weeks instead.

I'm not a doctor, so I can't give any real medical advice. I know you were talking about dropping your pwo, but are you otherwise consuming caffeine? I don't know the profile of Cycle Assist. I ran Ar1macare Pro and additional hawthorne berry with my run and had no issues (I started HB two weeks before cycle). Are you drinking alcohol at all?

How many times has this happened? I'd continue to monitor. Maybe cut your dose in half and try to do more frequent dosings before lowing the overall daily dose. Also, please don't rely on a store BP machine for an accurate reading. Those things are never calibrated and not built for people with arms larger than 13" or so. Buy an electronic arm or wrist cuff for about 15-25 bucks. Then monitor before and after dosing for a few days. Also, consider any diet, environment, or life stressors that may be affecting you atm.

Yea, I forgot to mention something about the CVS bp test. On top of the inaccuracy of the cuff, if you rushed over to CVS to take your bp you were probably nervous, which could have negatively impacted your numbers. Like Jebrook said, buy a cuff and monitor at various times throughout the day.
 
I cut out all caffeine starting on Monday and don't drink alcohol at all. It's happened 3 out of my 4 doses the last two days. I'll try a 0.7mL dose this morning and see what happens.

With the Cycle Assist, I'm getting 150mg of Hawthorne Berry twice a day. Should I get some more? Would a supermarket brand work? I can get that and the BP monitor today.
 
Thanks for the help, guys. I forgot to mention that it's Finals Week at the university and it's been a stressful semester. My last test is tomorrow, so I'm sure that will help my stress level quite a bit.
 
What do you guys think about using SNS Reduce XT while on cycle? Perhaps lowering cortisol would help with the stress and BP?
 
I'm using 1g of Hawthorne berry to lower mine before I start my cycle. It was 140/83 last week and yesterday was back down to 124/63. So i would assume a higher dose would help but I'm no expert!
 
I just said screw it and did the normal dose of 1 mL, and I'm fine. I think it is related to stress and anxiety. I had to wake up at 5:30 this morning for a test that I was definitely stressed about. I have one more test tomorrow, but I'm not too worried about that one.

Thanks for all your help, guys. I'm going to pick up some more Hawthorne Berry, drink plenty of water and just monitor my BP. I'll probably add in the Reduce XT as well unless someone tells me I shouldn't. I'm going to make a thread about it in the Supplement section.
 
Just an FYI, I've read posts before that HB can acutely spike bp for a couple of days (before lowering it), which is why bros preload it before starting cycle. I'll let a more experienced guy chime in though
 
Dermatrest...Stuff gives me increased palpatations (PVCs to be precise), and only fish oil and 11kt (wtf) help reduce them.

Ive had my PVCs assessed, and theyre benign. Yours may be too. But personally, that sh1t sux and is scary and unless you find a way to overcome them you either live with it while running the steroid, drop it, or get a holter monitor/echo done to be sure.
 
I just bought a BP monitor and it's 145/88. Plus the symptoms have now returned. I think I'm going to have to shut this one down. NewAgeMayan 's post convinced me that this is a real thing and it's not just going to go away. I feel like I took too many stims but I haven't taken any. I'm not getting any of the benefits of the Trest and overall, I just feel like sh1t. No libido and definitely not strong.

I have some OL Legend and Super DMZ 2.0 that I want to run for 6 weeks. How long should I wait before I start those? I was on for 2 weeks, so would 2 weeks off be enough? I'll get some TUDCA in the meantime.

Id start, especially if you already have experience with these other compounds.

The trestolone will be out of your system by tomorrow, I think itd be safe to say. But youll be well on your way to being shutdown; stalling your cycle at this point will only prolongue you feeling poo.

Either PCT and regroup, or introduce the other stuff. Big question is, if you drop trest, what your base with the LGD etc

I'm on TRT, so no need to worry about PCT or a test base. I'll be doing 80mg Test Cyp 3 times a week.
 
Last time I got it checked, I was still doing one injection a week, and it was around 800 the 6th day after the injection. e2 was 25.

I decided to switch to more frequent pinning to help keep my levels more steady.

Don't jump on Hawthorne berry if your bp is already high, Hawthorne can actually raise bp when you first start taking it. Thats why its reccomended to preload Hawthorne. I like cialis for lowering bp, 20mg will keep bp low and will also help with pumps in the gym and keep your prostate feeling good on cycle.

I start hawthorn berry 2 weeks before cycle but apple cider vinegar does drop bp for me, even if already elevated

Yes, asprin thins blood so can help with bp. I used to have horrible bp sides on cycle until I started taking cialis. Im on a gram of test and eq right now and bp is perfect :)

I appreciate the suggestions. Next time I'll probably pre-load with hawthorne berry.

I think I'm having a bad reaction to the DermaTREST. I just took 50mg of Tr3st and I feel fine. The symptoms only occur right after the TD dose, and they slowly get better after a couple hours. Then I do another TD dose and they return.

So I'm switching gears on this cycle. It will now be:
