My friend says he has been lifting for a while now. truth of the matter is he has not been. He comes into a gym that i work at so i can check how many times a month he comes in. He says he comes in "at least 4 times a week". The last 3 months he's averaged about 8 times a month actually. He has a terrible diet consisting of maybe 1000 calories a day, low protein, and overall just nothing really too healthy for him. He considers eating two salads (with no meat) a big lunch.... His lifts are improper and overall it's just bad news. The reason why this is bad news is because after only "lifting hard" for a month he went on the ever so popular cycle of tren and mass. I had previously told him to stay away from that until he knew the effects and what was in it. He went behind my back i guess you could say and went on it w/o knowing of any post cycle therapy. he gained about 20 pounds while being about 6 foot, 150. I told him he most likely wont keep much of his gains considering his lack of nutrition and lack of muscle in the first place. He of course being stubborn wont listen to anything i say except for he went on an estrogen blocker once i told him and he slacked off on that as well. While on the estrogen blocker he started superpump 250... he's about to finish his cycle of superpump 250 after about two and a half months! i'm almost positive he is going to go try to get on another thing because i am currently cycling on SUS500 and he cant stand when i am making significant gains and he is not. Does anybody know what i should tell him or do to keep him away from going on more supplements or even steroids!? i just dont know what to do and i'm afraid he will, in the near future, go on steroids while having about 10 pounds of muscle on him and probably 20-30 pounds of fat while not listening to me about nutrition or lifting properly, what muslce groups to lift with eachother, etc.... Any suggestions?
