My first LGD-4033 log

I just remembered, when I took the measurements at the beginning of the cycle, it was after a night of drinking, so I was quite dehydrated. It might explain the pretty big weight difference from the start and until now. Probably it's more realistic to consider I was more like 66 kg instead of 64.

Also painful hunger in the mornings is back. I have great energy always, and I don't get very tired during a workout. Muscle fullness is great.
 
Day 20
Weight: 70.4

During the day I always feel kind of bloated, but usually by the time night comes, somehow, my body starts to look better. I'm kind of looking forward for a cut.
 
If its Brawn it will be w$nk and underdosed, just boguht Mk-677 from them, its absolutely bunk!
 
I decided to start slow, with just one cap a day. Maybe in the future I'll do another cycle with LGD, and I will take more.

I tried it just for that day to see how I would feel, and what my energy would be like. Felt great, but I will finish the cycle with just one cap a day.
I ordered some S4 and I will stack it with LGD. I expect it to arrive sometime next week.

The morning hunger feelings are really unpleasant. I think they might be linked somehow to the meals I eat the night before. Seems they are strongest if my last meal has a bigger fat content.

I've just received my bottle of SARM:MK from Brawn Nutrition, so from today, I'm stacking it with the LGD.

Up until now .. How did you like the 26-27days on LGD solo, experience any sides ? Weight gain is pretty nice and just by browsing saw the muscle fullness side effect which is njce
 
No side effects at all. Yeah, the weight gain was kind of crazy :). At least some part of it can probably be attributed to the dirty bulk I was doing.

I decided to take measurements twice a week. Should at least prevent me from going all dirty bulking again.

Navel: 86.5 ( was 88 )
Chest: 97.3 ( was 100 - i took the measurements the morning after I trained my chest. Could such a big difference be explained by LGD? I haven't trained chest since Sunday )
Shoulders: 114.4 ( was 113 )

Had to cut my back workout short, because I twitched my back. I plan in the future to add a ton more warmup sets before the actual work sets.

I am planning to end the LGD cycle on sunday. So far, so good. No side effects.
 
You gotta get better at dieting when u have ranges like that your gonna have a hard time . Like carbs from 100-400 grams is wayyy to much of a fluctuation and protein as low as 140 grams I hope your not 140 pounds
 
I've attached the after pictures. Overall, I'm very pleased with my upper back progress. If I would have maintained a better control over the fat intake, I feel that there would have been less fat gain, but I will definitely do LGD again in the future. In the meantime, I started a new cycle, this time cutting. I'm going to run EnduraShred, and I will create a log very soon.
