Hey everyone. First I want to say thanks for all of your help in planning my first cycle. I am a new member, but have been reading the forums for almost a year. I thought Id introduce myself and let everyone track my results. This is both to help anyone else considering their first cycle and also to meet some people who could be resources down the road with future cycles.
About me:
25 years old. 6' and 194 lbs. 12% bf. have been lifting for 9 years...hard for 3 1/2. Diet is in check. 3200 calories a day, clean. 300 g of protein. 1 past oral cycle of epistane 6 months ago at 20,30,40,40 in which I gained 11 lbs dry and kept 8.
bench is 275 x 4
squat 315 x 4
dead 395 x 4
--all clean, with good form, and unassisted.
Started my first cycle this past monday.
wks 1-10 500 test-e divided into mon am and thurs pm doses
wks 1-4 creatine rather than kick start (I want to see how my body responds to just the test)
wks 8 -12 epistane 20,30,30,40
weeks 13-17 nolva 40,40,20,20.
First, I know I have started the cycle, but any feedback is appreciated. If anyone seems interested Ill keep posting. Take care
