This is my first cycle, i should be starting beginning of July. As i as missing a few key components ie nolva/clomid. Im 37 6'2 210#. Been training on and off my whole life.
wks1-4 15mg Dbol/day
wks1-10 250mg Test E/once per week
The reason for those doasages, thats what i have and thats what im going with. Gonna try for 3500-4000 calories a day. Eating alot and very clean, may have occasional dinners with wife(gotta keep her happy). Any thoughts or recommendations would be nice.
