Alright, I was doing some reading on here about your guy's gains, cycles, and I've also read some beginer cycles but those last a long time, more then I kinda want to be on one I'm thinking.
I was thinking of doing M1T by MyoChem at 10mg dossage.
week 1- milk thistle
weeks 2, 3, 4- M1T 10mg
weeks 5, 6, 7- PCT Clomid and Nolvadex with Milk thistle.
I know some one is going to correct me here on what I should change which will help me plunty. I just want to do a couple cycles, two tops I'm thinking, and maybe gain 20lbs total of lean body mass throughout. I'm planning on 3000 kcals and 400g protein, I weigh 225 right now but will be 200 when I'm done cutting and getting ready to bulk.
So any suggestions for my first cycle to help me get some good gains?
