Hi, guys, I'm planning to do my first cycle, my friend suggested me Test+trem. Can someone walk me through the whole process? The timing(weeks?), how to do(order) and PCT (liver protection and gyno protection). Thanks alot

You're not ready for that first cycle.

"Trem" is crazy man.

You need to research more, and keep asking questions.
 
. I'll keep it simple. 1. You're friend is either an idiot or not really your friend. I've never used it but I think 99% of guys on here would say tren for a first cycle is a big no. 2. Need to know way more about you before we can even begin to help. Age, height, weight, years lifting, etc.

Just do primo dude.. Way easier to handle, and tren is such an overrated compound. Its the best but its not that much better than everything else which everyone seems to say on the internet. Just like mast would be superior to winstrol which makes no sense.

Lol^ Needless to say, a simple Google search before looking like a total douche by posting this thread/ question. Google tren first cycle and then report back. Jesus.

Your talking about injecting yourself with something and you’ve not even bothered to have a little look on google first? The simplest search would tell you this is a bad idea.

First up you need to go chin your ‘friend’, seriously, just crack him one good and hard cause he’s done you zero favours with that suggestion.

Second take some ownership on this - do your research and then post a thread with a plan and ask specific questions on bits your unsure of (or for confirmation your plan is solid).

At the moment what your doing is akin to buying a massive strap on, going to a sex parlour and asking what you should do with it - I.e don’t be surprised if you end up getting fcuked.

Looking back through some if threads on this forum will answer most of your questions. Look at other people's first cycles and log. Design your own stack from those posts then post that with timings and doses etc. But you need to put your own details in. Training plan/split. Current diet and calories/macros. Planned Diet/calories macro split whilst you cycle. This is not a multi vit. This is serious and done wrong could **** you for a long time
 
Hey bonone! Do full-time googling for a couple of weeks and read everything you can. The first rule of steroids is that people always, ALWAYS underrestimate their chances of f*cking a cycle and their selves up in one or more ways. The second rule is that if you have an idea about how to do the cycle, doing exactly the opposite is probably more beneficial at that point. Almost everybody regrets their first cycle!

There are so many blind spots that take time to solve so you get your mind straight, so the first thing is to assume is that there is at least some critical factor you simply cannot have taken into account, and read everything you can about this stuff. Which is what you are doing here so that's great!

You need to have the same kind of respect and preparation as if going behind enemy lines.
1. You need an extraction plan = Post cycle therapy ready before you start. No point going to war if you have no way to get out.
2. You need to know everything about the situation. If you started this cycle right now (test + tren first time with no experience), that would be like being in a firefight and asking if you should shoot civilians or enemy soldiers.
3. Go with the minimum force required. Test + tren first cycle is like taking a ballistic missile to a knife fight. The recommendation is to do only test first: In retrospective you will probably find that that was your best cycle in terms of gains, sides, overall feeling and overall success. Don't try to empty the bucket in the first run!
4. You will have time to get gains later on!

But I repeat, it's good that you're doing the right thing right now which is asking these guys for help. Just bear with the ugly comments (like mine:D) and keep reading.
 
Agree with the guys on Tren A or E. It's a different animal. Need to know more about your body type n what you want to achieve.
 
Bro I started cycling on my 7th birthday...it was a new black and green Huffy, and I put little reflective stickers all over my helmet like a true badass.

But at some point, it got dark out and I had to get off cycle. Mom was calling for supper.
 
I heard trem and clem was bada$$ for getting ripped
