Much lighter cycle then what I have done in the past for strongman and power lifting, but I think this is about all I can do, knowing that I need to drop 15-20lbs for the fight.
Weeks 1-8:
Prop- 100mg/day
Var- 75mg/day
Clen weeks 1, 3, 5, 7, 8
Cheque drops weeks 7, 8
Anything else you guys would suggest?
My current weight is about 225 with about 9% body fat and my goal is to get to about 5% a week out from the fight while weighing about 215, then cut the remaining weight the final week. After weigh-ins I will get an IV in each arm to hydrate myself, so I am not worried about being dehydrated or cutting the weight.
