First of all, I want to preface this with the comment that I suspect that I have lower testosterone than average, so that might be why DAA works better for me.
That being said, I heard about DAA and how it works for some people and I was desperate so I gave it a try. I used 1.5g every morning in conjunction with my creatine and citrulline homemade pre-workout. I have run 3 cycles of DAA so far and each time the effect seems to be stronger.
The first thing that changed was my skin. My face started getting really oily and I started getting pimples again. I am 31 year old male and this hasn't happened to me in a long time.
The next change was my sex drive. It was always a case of the mind was willing but the body was weak for me. And I was out of the game for a few days after a single round. 5 days into my cycle and man, I could go twice or 3 times a day every day.
Then came the aggression. I find myself in a much more alpha mindset. I am normally quite relaxed and chilled but I found myself chomping at the bit a little more than usual.
Finally, the lifts. I finally broke a 2 plate squat (after 4 months of serious training), my deadlift is at 2xBW now and my OHP is a strong 0.9xBW.
In conjunction with my DAA, I take 200mg standardised grape seed extract and NOW foods DIM as an apparent AI, but I am not sure how effective it is. My cycles are 15 days on 15 days off. It makes it easier to track that way.
I am going to stop DAA after this cycle to give my DHEA powder a try.
