i feel like im being short with you let me give you an example of a typical workout
Chest:
Incline bench 3 working sets 4-6 reps
db incline bench 2 working sets 4-6reps
weighted dips 2 working sets 4-6reps
cable flyes 2 working sets 4-10reps
My workouts typically take about 40-60minutes tops and are very intense. I have made more progress training like this than anything else I have tried (been training about 11yrs and have tried almost anything you can think of). Also, my training partner has made great gains training with me like this for the last 4 months. Hope that helps a bit more.
