My diet sucks

So I just finished dbol only cycle great gains trained 6 days now that I'm done I can't keep diet together. Eat all day fine but at nite tend to hit drive thru. Is there anyway to get around or do I not have enough will power. The dbol suppressed my appetite now can't stop eating. Also not eating close to enough protein it's very hard to get it in. Max I get in is 150g protein , should I eat more through out day so stay full longer. I'm 6'3" 260lbs goal is to get to 235lbs.

Yes if you do not eat enough protein then get more...

How is it hard to eat more than 150g protein? That's like 3 meals...

Then at the same time you say you "can't stop eating." So I assume this means instead of protein you're eating junk food or other **** you don't need.

There's no magic solution here. Quit eating garbage drive through meals and whatever other junk food and eat real food instead. If you need more protein, get a good protein powder.
 
Ouch eat like crap constantly dude? check out The Solutions posts with regards to good diet/foods/recipes etc... Dude knows what is delicious no doubt!!!!

I know I sure followed a ton of the stuff he posted and thank him for so many tasty nutrient dense/ high protein treats and meals! I even got my wife to start eating better with some of his recipe's some of the baked goods for her stubborn ways haha. No joke, she doesn't even try hard anymore to stay away from garbage in med school with all the stress, because once you find things you like that are actually good for you and eat them consistently (as she is the pickiest eater in the entire world and has hypothyroidism) BIG changes will come your way as long as you make the choice to do it man!
 
As they say diet pretty much everything I do well when on supplements once off so hard. Need will power to get those results. Thx all

This may be one of the top 5 posts on the entire forum of all time right here. Concise and full of helpful info and truth.
 
You do have enough will power man, u can do it. You need to be getting in more than 150g of protein man. An easy way to get in protein, is to just have more protein shakes, drink lots of milk, eat eggs, etc. I can easily get 220g in a day, no problem at all. For you I recommend eating around 260g of protein:) good luck
 
As far as the will power - will power is over rated. Your environment needs to change. You are hitting the drive through because you have made it the easiest way to get food. Make a bunch of food and have it available and ready so that it is there and accessible. I do the same thing, if I don't have chicken made it is easier for me to start thinking, "Maybe I'll just do take out instead of cooking" or "I forgot to thaw the chicken, take out time." Make it easier to eat the right stuff and you will.
 
All true guys .... Mind over matter and just have to make the junk teams fat garbage my enemy. Just crazy I know how bad it is yet still do it. This may sound crazy but while on dbol was killing it great results I feel maybe not training as hard is doing this.
 
just do your diet in normal method if you want good result
