My diet - please critique

Hey guys this is my new diet I'm on and goal is to put on lean muscle and lean out a little bit. I'm 23 years old and I work at a health club so I'm moving constantly doing something. I do cardio in the morning 2-3 times a week on an empty stomach and my strength training at about 10pm because that's when I get off work.

10:00am-50g protein shake (zero carb ispoure but I add glocomaize carbs to it).

12pm-2 whole eggs and 4 egg whites with 25g of zero carb isopure

2pm- 4 oz of skinless chicken tenderloins, 1/2 cup of vegetables (no sodium string beans)

4pm- 50g protein shake of isopure zero carb with no carbs added.

6pm- same as 4pm

8pm- same as 4pm

9:30pm- a couple of bcaa pills

10pm- workout

11:30pm- 50g protein shake of isopure zero carbs with glycomaize added
 
It's going to be extremely difficult for you to gain LBM while dropping bodyfat. One requires a caloric surplus and the other a caloric deficit. You're going to need to pull the rope in a single direction for the time being.

As far as your questions regarding diet goes: If you want to build muscle, eat 500 calories over maintenance; if you want to lose fat, subtract 300 calories from maintenance and add HIIT. I recommend CKD for fat loss.
 
Ok thanks for the advice, I met as well go in the direction of cutting since warm weather is not far off. But overall how does my diet look?

You need some whole foods in there. You need nutrients. You are not going to see maximum gains living off of Isopure.
