My diet - critiques wanted!

I'm 22 years old, 6', 180 lbs. My trainer put me on a bf scale and it said I was 21% bf, but I've heard these aren't very accurate.

My ultimate goal is to get to 215 lbs around 8% bf. I have low testosterone and hypothyroidism, doc has me on AndroGel (5g/day) and T3 (5 mcg/day).

I'm working with a trainer who has me doing same body parts back to back, 3 sets 8 reps, so my workouts look like this:

Mon: Chest
Tues: Chest
Wed: Back
Thurs: Back
Fri: Legs
Sat: Legs
Sun: Rest
Mon: Shoulders
Tues: Shoulders
Wed: Arms
Thurs: Arms
(repeat)

I'm also doing 1/2-1 hr cardio 6 days a week.

Here is my diet:

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

your diet seems to be on the right track but im really concerned about that workout routine you got goin on there. for what your goals are i think i routine like that is only going to slow you down. i might recommend a new trainer! goodluck man the diet looks pretty solid but i would seriously check into a different work out schedule. good luck bro

Thanks for the reply. The trainer said that you really can't work your muscles enough working them out just 1 day - working them back to back helps you get a good tear in. I am a little skeptical too - what does everyone think?
