What kind of Burger are we talking? Even if it's the leanest meat its still too much fat. That's 3.5lbs in red meat a day?

Rotate Oatmeal and Rice and Pasta and Sweet Potatoes
Rotate Chicken and Tuna and Turkey and Red Meat

Insert Eggs, Insert Whey, Insert Cottage Cheese, Insert Milk


im not the diet expert, but varying your protein sources is best
 
How much do you weight, what is your b/f etc? Kind of hard to critique it without those details although I agree with Glen and Ced in that you are still consuming wayyy too much "bad fat"
