My Deca/test e cycle

Ya, I also feel its too early still. I guess I'll wait another 3 or 7 days. That would line my hcg shot the night before my test/deca.
 
You can pin it on the same night as your test. Get all your shots in on the same day. Easier to remember
 
Day 15
Beginning of week three. Getting massive and feeling strong! My last cycle I was bench pressing 260 for 10 reps. After I came off it dropped to 225 full sets. Maybe 10-15 lbs more on a good day but anyway... Today I benched

Since cycle start I would say a 20-30 lbs increase in strength would be safe to say where I'm at.
My point is I'm feeling good. I'm noticing my shirts getting shorter. And my leg game isn't exactly where I want it to be, but much improved since I believe my legs could be larger to make my body more balanced.
I alternate quads to pin. Today's went no problem. I'm taking anadrol about 12 hours apart in 50 mg doses.
Libido is still there for sure. Thinking I may post progress pics every 4 weeks. I think I have blown up for sure and have much ahead but I would like your critique on any areas you guys may think are lacking.
As far as any sides... I sweat a friggin' lot at night. People talk about having a "hard time" on deca. I don't think I know exactly what they are talkin about. Which is a good thing but I have a lot of time ahead of me.
More vascular for sure. Skin feels tight after workouts.
Tomorrow is back and abs. I'm excited since my schedule is clear for tomorrow. I'll have much time to workout. And with the increase in strength I intend to do some damage tomorrow.

It may be genetic. My father started to go bald even you get than I. I guess that's why I thought I was in the green
 
After sleeping on it tho... Im not as freaked out as last night haha. but I will be stopping my walgreens for a product today lol. Day 16 today and Ill post later how my workout went. Now time to go to the grocery store.. I have nothing in my house!!

Day 17
I am in the middle of week three. And I would say my weight is finally comin up. I know it's how u look that's important to most people. Yet gaining lean weight gives me a satisfaction and makes me feel I'm doin everything right. I started cycle at 204lbs, today I'm 209lbs. Not a lot but I'm happy with it so far.
Tonight I will be doing my first dose of hcg 250iu. With an insulin needle. And I'll pin all hcg in my delt. I always pin my quad for test/deca due to the 1 1/2 inch needle makes my delts too sore to move around. Quad is basically painless.
Another night of just insane sweating last night. I think I changed my shirt twice in the middle of the night. Lookin large tho. Libido is still strong. Girl is happy about that. This is my first time running deca. Yet I believe if I am sensitive to any sides they should begin to show by Monday, week 4. Speaking of, does anyone know when prolactin sides typically can become an issue.
My strength and vascularity are crazy. Never seen myself so ripped. This is something as time goes on I am Fallin more in love with. In fact I am dreaming about competing. I have a ways to go but maybe one year I could step on stage.
Overall I'm feeling great. As I posted before I noticed my hair thinning out up front. I did some research and I will be trying nizoral shampoo. Hopefully it stops the shedding. I like having hair haha. I do question tho if this cycle made this issue more apparent.
Tonight is a leg day. I may try squatting depending on how my knee feels. I hope for it to get better as deca is suppost to help this sort of issue (if it is what I think it is). Also plan on stepping up my calf game. Going to go hard as always but definitely try to change up my routine and shock em. I am not one that typically records my workout. But for the sake of this thread I will begin to write everything down so I can report my workouts without error. I think it's time right now that things will get interesting. I will be buying wraps for my knees soon. I hope it will ease the pain in my knees.
Additionally I suppost to have 10 cc in each vial. Looks like in 5 shots I definitely took down more than half the vial. So well see what it stretches out to. No worries tho. I have plennnnntyyyy.
Tomorrow I will post my leg workout, as well as yet another accurate example of my diet. I feel posting my diet is not necessary too often as it is very repetitive.
I also think I will start to cover myself up more at the gym. Call me crazy but I feel people who have seen me in the gym and friends for a long time are noticing something's up.my gains in definition are just too large and too fast. Don't get me wrong I like looking at my muscles but I don't want to be asked what I'm on like all the time. Some people don't understand it's not all about the roids. But the work that goes behind it. And how much effort and time of our busy life's people like us take to dedicate ourselves to something we love.

Haha yeah man people think it just happens because your on cycle. They dont know that it still takes hours of training, eating and sleeping properly to get the results! Juice might make it easy but only if you put the work in!
 
Day 18
Today was a bad day for me. I did a normal shoulder warm up. Then began to shoulder press 60lb dumbells. Moved my way on up to 80lbs and during that set a couple reps in I heard and felt what I thought was a pop in my neck. I continued to workout a little with delt movements but anything with traps just hurt to much after. Now an hour or two later... I can move my head looking left, but not right because it hurts soooo much. Ironically I had something like this happen maybe 5 years ago while I was bench pressing. I am hoping for a simular situation. Because last time I went to the ER and they couldn't find anything serious. I had to call off the rest of my workout about less than half way through. If this hurts for 2-3 days ill consider myself lucky... considering how much pain I feel right now. Now Im not sure exactly what caused this... maybe I went so hard I pulled a muscle in my neck. Maybe I had less than perfect form cause I was struggling. Im not sure. Pretty upset obviously but hopefully It wont hold me back very long... Going to take it easy the rest of the night and continue eating donuts.... nah im just kidding. Later bros

That's too bad bro injuries suck big time. My last cycle was riddled with injuries!

The same thing happened to me when I was doing standing military presses. It was like a sharp kink in my neck/trap area that lasted a couple weeks.

Go get a nec massage like 2 times a week, that's the only thing that seemed to help me
 
Day 19
Neck is better than yesterday. Less pain, more movement. I also am back up to 210lbs. Will take off tonight... I feel I could go lift but not gunna chance it with my neck. I'll rest up and hit it hard tomorrow hopefully. This s*** is full throttle now boys!!
 
Day 20
Got back in the gym today. Shoulder seems almost not to be a problem. makes me feel I pinched a nerve, not sure... Anyway today was a test day for my injury. I did hit abs for about an hour real hard. And since I didn't want to put a lot of stress on the shoulder I did forearms, biceps, triceps, and calves. Today's wake up weight was 211lbs. So far I haven't gained as much as desired but most all of my weight was gained in this last week (week 3), so like I said before... full throttle. The pump in the arms today made them feel like they were going to explode. I don't seem to be retaining too much water either. You can take a look at the pics I posted a day or two ago. I've seen others post pictures of their food through out the day... Ill be doing that soon. Tomorrow I will get more in depth with my workout. Today my shoulder held up well so tomorrow or monday, back to the heavy lifting. Tomorrow I will increase to a gallon and a half a day of water. I feel one gallon is not enough as I easily drink it maybe 75% thru the day. Keeping caber and letro at bay. Taking exemestane 12mg EOD. Anadrol 100mg ED for eight more days. HCG 250iu has begun the night before my test and deca shot, twice a week. Tudca as recommended. 3g Fish oil, multi... and I recommend muscle pharm amino 1. Taste awesome. Anyway just wanted to let you guys know I think my shoulder will be ok. I will continue to be careful through out the next few days.

I have noticed my size is improving rapidly, I am a little bloated. I can see a little water retention and the only thing that I think is bad about it is my abs have become less defined. All is going well. I am able to sleep. Sometimes I still sweat a lot at night but whatev... the woman complains about how the bed smells haha!

Good to hear you are doing better now. Steroids make me pour sweat at night, I wake up soaked and my girl complains the bed stinks too! I need new sheets lol
 
Day 23
Yesterday was my 7th shot of test e/deca. This is also the last week I will be taking anadrol. In total I will have taken anadrol for 28 days. I slept in today, I woke up at 10 am. I've worked almost 60 hours last week so it was much needed rest since I don't really allow myself to miss a workout.

10 am- gainer protein shake 85 carbs, 60 g protein, 650 cal. (8 oz skim milk)

10:45- sliced apple with reduced fat peanut butter, 6 large strawberries, hand full of sliced pineapple

11:45- turkey burger, whole grain wheat bread, sliced tomato, and lettuce

1 pm- workout

2:45- syntha 6 protein shake, one fat A** scoop with 8 oz skim milk

3:30- 1 1/2 cup "go lean cereal", 1 Low fat yogurt

4:30- estimated 10 oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/2 sweet potato

6- got the girl making chicken and ground beef tacos with refried beans, cheese, salsa, wheat soft shell (when she cooks I usually eat whatever she wants to cook) small salad with dinner.. I always use fat free dressing

8:30- 6-8 oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/2 sweet potato

10- Casein protein shake

Through out my day I snack on peanuts and granola a lot. I left those out because sometimes I have em sometimes I don't. This is an accurate outline however of my diet today. Since today is my day off work I am not able to consume as much food as I would like due to the sleeping in. On work days I will have my first dose of nutrition about 5:15 am, and my last approximately 10pm. On these kind of days I typically try to eat 2 lbs of meat (chicken, Fish, red meat, turkey)

Today was a benchmark in my cycle, a big success. As I've mentioned before my right knee has not allowed me to squat because of severe pain. Today during my leg workout I decided to test out my squatting which in the past has been a mistake because after I feel the pain it pretty much ruins the rest of the workout. However, I have read that deca can actually help with joint pain by lubricating them with water. Today when I was squatting I had absolutely NO pain. I am blown away guys. This has been a big issue for me and even though 2-3 plates isn't considered heavy weight in my book it felt great to be under the bar squatting again. Next time I'll try squatting 315 for a set of 10. Now some of you may think thats light weight but honestly if you felt my knee pain before... this is huge for me because I have NEVER been able to build by legs or strength from squatting and now I may be able to.

My blood pressure an hour or two after workout was 139/73 pulse 81

I would like your input as well on how much fish oil you take daily. I currently take only 3g a day and read in another log someone taking 10g daily!
Continuing with 100 mg anadrol, 250iu hcg 2x week, Tudca 3 caps daily, exemestane 12 mg EOD. Again keeping letro and caber at bay. No sides where they are needed. I would say the two strongest sides I am experiencing are the sweating at night and some achne on my forehead and one blemish that has been on my back for a week now. Big ass red mark, haha, trying to cover that up for the time being.

In the beginning of this week (week 4) I feel pretty good. My strength is getting better every day. I look crazy vascular when I hold weights, and when I look at my self in the mirror my quads are getting bulky like they never have been, and week by week I feel I can flex my lats out wider. Im having a good time in my cycle.

Quck story... I woke up for work yesterday, opened my drawer with all my stuff. Took my morning dose of anadrol and when I look back down... I see the envelope I have at the bottom of my drawer is wet! I paniced haha my heart was racing I rummage through the drawer to find my mixed test/deca to be ok but the vial of Test E to end my cycle broke in my drawer! I was upset and thought I ruined my cycle.... It was a terrible day. I was craby in a bad mood and all. However, I am able to pick up some more which was my biggest worry obviously. Thought you guys would enjoy that story. Had me all mentally fudged up that day haha.

Going to go back to the gym tonight to kill some abs. I feel I have a decent body but if I ever want to step on stage I gotta step up my core. I can see my six pack but I want it bulging and defined as I feel I have lots of room for improvement. Thanks for checkin in guys I really do appreciate it every time! Ill get up a workout layout shortly. Just bought my journal an hour ago and that will be for not only keeping record of my workouts but diet as well. I want to get more serious than I have ever been and I am the kinda person that needs that structure to layout my success. Thanks again bros for taking the time!

Depends on your goals, when I do a recomp diet the is carb restricted I increase my fat intake and ill take about 15g of fish oil. I would say take 1g per percentage of Body fat you have.

At the end of this week I will be 1/3 through my cycle. I have still so much ahead. Looking forward to the huge strength gains I foresee. I already have upped the weight a decent amount.

Took a rest yesterday. I took a rest because I had to. The day before I worked my biceps so much they haven't been this sore in a long time. Tonight I will do legs and update as well after. I haven't updated in the last couple days so I'm hoping to induce some more action on this thread.

Ya dude I am for sure feeling the deca. Tomorrow is the beginning of week 6. I am happy I am finally gaining weight lol. I seem to be gaining about 1/2 a pound a day now that my cycle is really going full strength now...

My workouts have been getting better every time. I am adding weight every time. Also I do believe that the deca has lubed up my knee. I have sucessfully squatted on leg day twice in the last week or two. I was in sooo much damn pain before I just can't believe I feel nothing now. I have never in my life tried squatting 3 plates because this has been such an issue and today I actually worked my way up to 315lbs for I believe 8 reps... which is huge for me. My upper body is very strong but my lower body needs work (maybe it contributes to my knee tho).

Im glad you guys checked in, makes me feel like I'm doing this for a reason haha.

Looking forward to tomorrows work out. I have no work the following day so Ill be at the gym a long time and that means I have time to do abs! My mentality now is that the injectables are kicking in and every work out I see myself adding more weight... the first few weeks of my cycle I felt strong but this is getting to a whole new level.

My BP an hour after work out was 139/89 with a pulse of 99...

I have just a couple more day supply of anadrol but thats fine, I only intended on 4 weeks. Im about there.

Have not noticed any prolactin signs, or much of any other. Just feelin great, feelin big and strong.

OK GUYS UPDATE!!! HAHA I have been wayyyyy deep into my cycle and friggin loving it. I apoligize for the last week I haven't given an update but its now time I reveal some serious results. Very sorry for the weight but like I said I literally have physically drained myself every god damn day and been eating "to the t" what i have planned out.

So Im sittin at 5 and 1/2 weeks. Today is day 39!

For anyone who may just be tuning in I dropped the anadrol out of my cycle about 11 days ago. Just a few days after dropping the anadrol I lost some water and weighed in 208-210lbs. Now while continuing to use Test E/Deca I currently weigh 219lbs! Heaviest ever for me and I've wanted for so long to reach 220. So far that leads me to a weight gain of approximately 14-15lbs. I know weight does not matter to some... its how you look, i know. Its just a personal goal that at the end of cycle (before PCT) I would be impressed to see 230-235lbs. I believe it possible. I have set high goals for me in the past and been able to reach them.

As far as my diet goes, Im spending a **** ton of cash on food. Lots and lots of chicken, eggs, whole grain breads, fish, red meat EOD, tuna, oatmeal, go lean crunch, bananas, apples, "protein granola", low fat yogurts, rice, rice, more brown rice, strawberries, pineapple, blueberry, asparagus, broccoli, carrots, romain lettuce, tomato, turkey burgers, turkey sausage, LF peanut butter, celery, almonds, raisin brand, oatmeal squares cereal, skim milk only, some lunch meat for sandwiches at work. Im sure I am missing some but off the top of my head a lot of the stuff I pick up once or twice a week.

I am eating about 3-4 small meals and 3 large meals every day.
5:30 am gainer protein shake
6 am 6-8 egg whites, 2 whole grain toast, turkey sausage or bacon, 16 oz water
8:45 rice cake, home made turkey sand. tomato and lettuce, whole grain bread, 1 apple, 16 oz water
10:30 low fat yogurt, granola, syntha 6 protein 1 serving, sometimes a fruit salad
12- (very random since im at work sometimes I go out or whatever) but for the sake of keeping it accurate lets say leftover from last nights chicken, green beans, sweet potato. 16 oz water
3 pm 1 serving isopure banana flavor**
6- Chicken breast, 1 cup rice, 1/2 cup greens, 16 oz water
about 7 pm workout!!!!
9pm Dinner samon with lemon, sweet potato, mixed vegetables, 16 oz water
10:30 pm casein protein 1 serving.

I hold onto a gallon of water I sip on all day also.
Now today I ran outta syntha 6 so I picked up isopure and more gainer and also bought MP protein to try their product. Seen this company alot lately obviously. also grabbed the Muscle pharm pre workout. I am sooo sick of C4.

Now something I want to talk about again is my ability to squat now. For the longest time before taking deca I barely ever squat and when I did I wouldn't do more that 185lbs. In the last 3 leg workout days over the course of approximately a week and a half I have squatted the first and third day with near no pain in my knee. I also have been able to get off the smith machine and free squat. Today I did 5 sets of free squats not including the warm up. started at 225. worked my way to 315. And on the last set I got a little curious and threw on a quarter making it 365lbs and I did 4 times no problem but racked it to stay safe and I also haven't worked with a partner too often lately. So needless to say I have had great success at finally building my quads. The separation of the muscles and my outter thigh is just bulging. I used to fear the pin going in to far and hitting a bone or something but now I really don't have to worry about that. sounds ridiculous but its the truth.


My last chest day I remember myself pumping 275 a couple sets for 8-10 reps. This beats my numbers I had while on cycle my last Test E cycle.
Threw on 295 on a fourth or fifth set to see what would happen and believe I still got up 4 reps which is not bad after blowing out my chest at 275lbs. In between cycles I would have had a rough time doing 275 4 reps. So 5 1/2 weeks in I can bench press I would estimate 40 lbs more as of right now compared to the day before I started this cycle.

A week of my workout schedule rarely ever stays the same from week to week but this last week looked like
Sunday- Back and Biceps (love sundays, nobody is there... able to really work on my dead lift, trying to get that stronger)
Monday-Legs and abs (putting a lot of stress on the abs mixing up movements trying to keep stuff fresh but again hitting abs hard!)
Tuesday Shoulders, cardio 30-45 mins
Wednesday- Chest, triceps, hit abs hard once again
Thursday-Back and biceps with much emphasis on building my lats out.
Friday-Legs and shoulders
Saturday- abs first 30-45 mins about 12 sets minimum, chest and triceps

This is a 7 day workout week... I only rest when I feel I need it. I don't stick to a schedule and rest every sunday or every saturday. I rest when I need to. Also I am putting much emphasis on certain parts of my body trying to really pull together my physique as I am becoming more advanced.
Some body parts grow much faster than others and a lot of what determines that is genetics, I'm trying to get to the next level and really balance everything out. Some people may say I'm over training and there is no doubt I am exhausted at the end of every day but I don't believe in that. I am just simply working on my diet currently and re-organizing so I can eat more of the right carbs, cals, protein. By the end of this cycle my diet may be completely different. I picked up some bodybuilding diet books and will be trying a lot of what I will be learning.

Now obviously I posted pictures a couple weeks ago and got a good response that boosted my confidence. After really studying the many pictures I have taken of myself the last few months I have really come a long long long way. I always am getting complemented or someone coming up to me in the gym. I'm getting massive! Deca is known to hold lots of water but I really have not seen that TOO much in myself, I guess the 12.5 mg exemestane is working. And as for my other sides. Not much at all has changed. I have carefully been studying my nipples in paranoia. But all checks out well lol. Once again, the only sides I have had are night sweats. My blood pressure has been decent. No prolactin sides I can see. My nipples are always a little puffy, at least thats what i think... but nothing more than im used to. I think because I got such a good response on the pictures I won't post any more pictures until maybe the 2/3 thru cycle mark. I would like you guys to CONTINUE to see great change and for me to be as impressive as possible. In all reality tho, thats only 2 weeks!

Again I am having a great time on cycle! really using it to its fullest. Concentrating on catching up my legs with the rest of my body. Which so far I have done an excellent job. Ill show you guys a leg shot next time. I may be able to pull a shot from the past six months as well, ill have to look.
My hcg has been consistent 250iu night before injection. Last night was the first night I forgot. But I'm hoping one missed hcg shot won't make it of break it. No emotional issues that can be relevant with deca that I notice, In fact I do now recommend to anyone trying to bulk up and put on some size. Stuff is ridiculous. Everyday I get stronger and bigger, and despite the water retention that is known to be relevant I actually feel I look like Im cutting up!!!

Well I apologize again for the length of time between updates but I haven't slowed down. I caught a cold last week that was the only downer I had but it didn't stop me from going to the gym. I shook that cold and my last few workouts have had such an intensity I just can not believe it. I mentally tell myself another rep, another rep, and i just keep getting em done. I look ridiculous in the gym haha tell me to get over myself but I honestly can only think of a handful at my gym who are very close or more ripped than I. See ya soon guys! Ill update much sooner from now on I just really got in the zone and at the same time I wanted to be able to tell you guys a lot. Sometimes updating daily is a little boring to me. Peace brothas!

Day 46

Well I can say I am just about half way thru my cycle. The strength and size gains have been tremendous! Beginning cycle at I believe 204 lbs, the last few days I have fluctuated around 220 lbs. This I consider a success so far. This also not being my first cycle I wasn't sure how much growth or gains in strength I would experience. I can say I have blown myself away.
I have dropped anadrol about 2 weeks ago and it seems to not have affected my lifts in any way, or my physique for that matter. I made a pretty smooth transition dropping the oral. It's also apparent that I have become even stronger since dropping the anadrol. Don't get me wrong the the anadrol was a great kick starter. I know this because once I began to take it I immediately began to grow and friends began to comment.
The HCG has been 250iu 2x weekly, the night before my pin. For some reason I have gotten into the habit of pining my quad with Test/Deca, and hcg always in the delts. I guess I find it most comfortable that way. The insulin needles half the time I never feel it. They are no prob. Sometimes I get a little nervous still pinning my quads tho. Not that it really ever hurts cause it doesn't... I just still get an adrenalin rush. For withdrawing and pinning I use a 20G and 25G. They are 1''. Maybe 1.5". I forgot which one but either way I just make sure that the needle is near all the way in. On my body I don't need to go very deep to find muscle. Exemestane 12.5mg EOD. Been treating me well, not much bloat. Haven't touched the caber or letro. I believe the exemestane is keeping all at bay. I am sure to watch closely though.
Now one concern I had at the beginning of my cycle is I noticed some hair loss... well since then I have closely been observing my hair line and come to the conclusion that I may have thinned a VERY little bit but I don't believe that AAS contributed or progressed this any further than my natural genetics had intended. I did use a few times, Nizoral. I don't know what I think about it but guess it helps. Maybe once a week I'll use that shampoo. The night sweats the last couple of nights have been a little better. Still sweat but haven't woken up in a puddle in a couple days haha.
Now back to my knee... I was curious obviously how this Deca would "lubricate" knee. The last few weeks I have had pain but it seems to be not as much as before. And I said I had pain because I don't want this next statement to mislead anyone. I have had a couple leg work outs where i had basically no pain in my knee and was squatting with no problem. I am not sure how this is helping me or not yet but I am curious about the 2nd half of my cycle. Will it get better? We'll see. When I do feel the pain now though I am letting off a little and may move onto a less stressful movement such as leg extension.
I switched my pre-workout from C4 to Assult by MP. I do like it so far, my workouts have been very high intensity and as the sets progress it seems I am not slowing down in more weight or reps... mostly due to injectables obv. After running out of my last few proteins I found myself with 3 I am currently using now. Isopure after a workout. Pro complex gainer randomly and MP combat powder randomly. I recommend all three if anyone is looking at these. Great taste, QUALITY protein... get chocolate or banana flavors.
Pretty shortly I will post some more pictures so you guys can see some visual progress. Honestly I never really wrote down any size measurements I have made but I do know before this cycle my arms were under 17" and now I am sitting damn near 18". Not the biggest arms but excellent progress. I have been putting an emphasis on the balance symmetry of my body. Since I have been right handed my whole life my right side of my body is much stronger in some workouts. I have been trying to balance this out as it can be done quickly on a cycle like this. Also like I have said before I have been trying to catch my abs up to the rest of my body. They have come a very long way and I am not even close to being done. With all this water I am supposedly retaining I can't imagine what my abs will look like dry. The muscles are becoming larger and harder. making them look more defined and bulky (in a good way). Also as I have stated before I have been trying to put emphasis on my legs. Personally I think I don't have legs that are proportionate to my body. There is no doubt that I have made them larger now. My girlfriend has told me that she has seen much progression in my legs. My quads are larger and build much farther out than I remember, my cax5lves are the slow grower on my body but even in them I have seen decent progression in size and roundness. And a side view of my legs is starting to look much thicker my hams are filling out well giving my legs a very good look.
Today was a chest, tricep, and ab day. I layed off the weighted dips I have been doing as all that weight hanging from me has been a stress on my wrists. I went to the machine today and stacked that instead. It was good to change it up though cause man!!! triceps are burnt the F*** out. That's one thing I have noticed significantly the last few weeks. Usually working out it is difficult to feel sore the next day or two, for me... but I guess these AAS have been pushing me so much in the gym sometimes I don't realize how hard I went until the next day or even when I get home from the workout. Sometimes I just feel SSSOOO drained out, I really don't feel good sometimes. Today I had no partner but wanted to increase the weight to see how I would perform. On a flat bench press after warm up it looked something like this...

275x8 for 2 sets ( I consider these cautious sets, I had no spotter so didn't really go 100%)
295x5 Last set with a spotter. PR reps. Did all 5 without any help, could not have done a sixth after 3-4 sets though haha.
So like I said I have been making excellent strength gains. All my major lifts squats, bench, dead lift... they are all up about 50 lbs. It's been great. I don't want it to end. I feel unstoppable at the gym. Like I mentioned a couple weeks ago. I lately have been covering up at the gym with longer shirts because I believe it becoming apparent to the regulars somethings up hah. Even my family. Don't get me wrong tho, I love it, I just don't want to deal with some people asking me questions about it.
Tomorrow is back day and I love back day. My lat spread is looking more impressive every day. My back has blown the heck up and I have been doing 45 lb weighted pull ups for 5-6 reps on my last set or two. That is something I have been working out for almost a year. Finally got it. Looking to turn that into a full set by end of cycle.

Today marks the beginning of week 8. Tonight will be my 15th injection. Lookin forward to tonight when I get to the gym! Check in tonight for an update and tomorrow you guys wanna see some more pics? I posted pre cycle and pics 4 weeks in. It's just about 2/3 thru cycle and I think it's time I put up some snap shots. Let me dig up some before pictures and ill update with them tomorrow when I have time to go thru them.
 
Hey bro I'm just curious. I was planning on running prammi instead of hcg, because don't wanna inject myself everywhere lol. But just curious if you pin urself the same or do u use a smaller syringe. also a 5000iu vial would get me 10 weeks at 500 per week, is this correct. Thanks bro!

You inject hcg sub q so it's a lot smaller syringe. You don't inject into a muscle like you do juice you pinch q bit of fat in your abdominal area an inject it into it.
