My daily Food intake.

I would switch bacon with some Lean Turkey Bacon...maybe also incorporate some scrambled eggs or something in that meal as well (that's my standard breakfast) and sometimes I add in some Kashi Go Lean Crunch Cereal, for a few carbs or oatmeal

also, maybe add some fruit... pre workout is ideal...

looks alright tho, interested in the total cal/pro/fat breakdown...

Oh of course I use turkey bacon. Pork aint too good for me. Eggs gotta go real low on the intake there becuase of stomach problems. Yes i try to eat fruit but my body has issues holding them too. Im thinking Apples and Oranges will be the best for my body.

Sorry I did not post the breakdown as planned. My diet had too many carbs and it just wasnt good. Due to the fact that i want good abs. I will reconstructe it and post it TOMMOROW for sure.

Meal 1: 2 slices of Lean Turkey Bacon, Oatmeal and Protien Shake with skim milk
CAL435 Carbs Protien


Meal 2: 5 oz. Chicken Breast and Protien Shake with Skim Milk

Meal 3: Turkey on Wheat and a Salad with light dressing

Meal 4: Can of Tuna on Wheat

Meal 5: 5 oz. Chicken Breast and

Meal 6: 4oz Pasta and 5oz Chicken Breast

Meal 7: Protien Shake with Skim Milk and Yogurt

Nutrtion Breakdown
Calories 2,200
Fat 28 grams
Carbs 240 grams
Protien 265 grams
Sat. Fat 8 grams

Alright guys. Im sorry this took my so long I just needed to make sure I had the right foods and enough calories in my diet with less fat and more protien.


How does this look?

Im 5'7 about 159 lbs.

Im looking to lose Body Fat but build muscle at the same time.

IF theres ANYTHING you think should be changed please tell me!

Here are the supplements that I have been recently taking...

Sci-Fit Ecno Whey Protien- 3-4 shakes/day
ALRI's Cr2 CEE- 6 pills/day (3pre/3post workout)
Body Fortress NOS- 6 pills/day (3pre/3post workout)
GNC's L-Glutamine Pills 5 pills?day (3post/bed)

I also take a Daily vitamin but it always depends on what i see in my kitchen first.
 
The only thing I would reccomend is dropping one of the protein shakes (you have 4 in there right now) and add in a lean whole food protein source. Preferably I would say if you can get ride of the protein shake with meal 6 and have some chicken or steak or the like. You dont want to be getting too much protein from shakes as whole foods are always more desirable if you have the chance (except in and around your workout.)

Also you forgot your vegetables. I know they can be a pain to get in sometimes but truley make a difference.

Other than that you have a very soilid plan and best of luck.
 
I have a minior allergic reaction to veggies. and a MAJOR one to Penut Butter. Some of the best foods i cant eat. its very fustrating so a Salad is the only thing that works for now..



Alright i'll eat 10 oz of Chicken in meal 6 then. that will work.

Thanks for the help. I can try to eat an apple and carrots are ok.
