My cutting diet

meal 1: bowl of cerial, 2 servings of whey protein

meal 2: bowl of tunafish

meal 3: 2 servings of whey protein

meal 4: regular dinner, (for example, pasta, chicken and rice, etc)

meal 5 (If I'm hungry): bowl of tunafish or 1 serving of whey protein

Right now I am on my 4th week of H-drol, and so far have lost 10 pounds from the start of my cycle. 205 to 195. Also, I have slowly been gaining strength.
Any advice on my diet would be appreciated, I've been on it for the past week now.
 
how much cardio are you doing or your doing the cut just on diet alone? Also what are you trying to cut to? How is yorf bf% and what is your goal exactly?
 
I would just make sure that youre getting about 200g of protein everyday. Different things work for different people, just stick to whatevers working for you.
 
dude i eat like a horse and im 6 foot 165 n im not skinny or weak... just up your cardio n eat healthy swim too thats all i do
