My cut/recomp cycle

dzine - weeks 1-6 @ 30 ed
xtren - weeks 1-6 @ 90 ed
MMV3 - weeks 7-10 as directed on bottle to harden up a bit

PCT is erase, clomid, DAA, PCT assist and supress C

Diet is the new american diet by scivation. Training is WS4SB 3x a week and cardio (incline walking) 3x a week.
