I'm newer to this forum, & out of curiosity I'm wondering what you guys think my body fat % is.

Estimate it measuring neck and waist if you don't have calipers or other things. It is not a worse guess than our opinions

I could go with 12% like the others suggested. Maybe 11? There is a lot of definition that's for sure
