my app question, please help

I am only able to us am with my ipod. Every thread i have ever posted in, i am subscribed to which means i get notifications from. there is a couple i would like to get rid from. what can i do?

In the options box (top right - box with an arrow coming out of it), there should be an Unsubscribe option.

If you have a lot, it may be easier to just use Safari to log into the site and go into your UserCP and check mark them and unsubscribe all at once.
