Hey Guys,
Quick question. So I have run three PH's cycles before back when they were legal. During that time, and I am not really sure when, but I developed gyno in my lift nipple. I honestly don't remember any signs of gyno coming on, just one day during the PCT of my last stack I bumped into a door and felt a lump behind my NIP! I have since been off PH's for quite a while. Dumb thing to do, but out of the blue I recently took a 21 day cycle of Pro Supps Halotropin which is a Natural Test booster.
The gyno doesn't seem that bad. It feels like the size of a penny behind my nipple and doesn't really irritate me. I can still do preacher curls and such without my nipple being on fire or in serious pain. I have read that Gyno occurs during hormone imbalances. I am wondering since the gyno isn't a super dramatic case, if I clear myself of all supplements, eat super clean, and sleep well, will my hormones balance out and the gyno go away?
Any advice appreciated and sorry for sounding like such a dummy in this post.
I attached some pics
