My 20mg msten cycle.

I’ve never done a cycle log before so this is a first. Will be using 20mg of msten for 4 weeks with cycle support,tudca, fish oil and taurine and prework out. Have pct in hand clomid,m-test going to try and keep it simple. I’m 44yrs old 5’7” 181 in gym cloths 175 at home. lifting 5-6 days a week for 4 1/2 years. Will try and do a daily workout post. If any body wants to follow along. Will post before and after nudes. Be gentle.

I would suggest running test with it. You'll feel very lethargic if you don't. There are other options if you don't want to pin.

Make sure you do plenty of research on trt because you will most likely need it soon. I'll be following along. You've got a good build now,you'll be happy with the results from msten

M-Sten was my favorite oral back in the day. I don't know your history with oral use, but side effects can be harsh, and gains are easily lost, so let me make a few suggestions.

Liver and cycle support is a must.
Something like Dermacrine or Dermacrine+Epi/Androsterone will help mitigate libido loss, lethargy.
Maybe run ostarine as a bridge, better if you run it with dermacrine for a few weeks after your run to help solidify gains.

Use something like Epicor or Immune XT to keep immune system up. This is super important.

Ask if you need any PCT help.

I have pct in hand and all set. I’ve run some andros and an lgd cycle before. I don’t want to really stack anything on this if possible to see how I react to it. But I might look into a test base

Weighed in at 182.6 at the gym. Up 1.6 lbs
Did chest and triceps today no real strength gains but the pumps are here

Got delta and traps in yesterday. This is day 11 on the msten not really noticing much yet.

Got in the gym today.
Did dead lifts and bent over rows. Pulled in two sets of rows at 225.
Worked delts
Did military press and seated dB presses
Did get a set of dB presses in with the 70s haven’t been for a while.

Did shrugs got in three good sets at 315 this is a pr.

Little bit of bicep work.
Took 15mg about 3hrs prework out

Good call on switching brands. Sorry to hear your other stuff was bunk.

I just found an expired bottle of Hardcore Anabolics Xtreme Mass Msten laying around and started that Monday. If you’re not feeling the pumps first or second day then it’s probably crap. I always feel any oral within the first couple days.

Well I guess I have to stop and put this on hold. Michigan is closing all gyms today at 3:00 my gym has already announced it
