My 2000 calorie breakfast.

Gotta get some serious cals down in the mornings, because I'm pretty busy at work and can't often eat.

Frozen breakfast burrito, 2 eggs, 1 packet oatmeal, 1 glass milk. Shower, get dressed, and then consume a 1200 calorie shake made from 1 cup of oats, 16oz of milk, and 2.5oz of olive oil.

How does this look?

Screw the shake. Have 6 eggs instead of 2. Add steak if you can afford to. Eggs and steak, much tastier than a shake in my opinion and much more satisfying. I'd just rather chew my food. You can even add the olive oil to the steak. Yum!. That's a buttload of calories for one sitting. I've never had trouble gaining weight so I wouldn't know about a 2000 calorie breakfast!.

Your 1200 cal shake only has about 20g of pro....

Yeah you would probably want to add some protein to your shake. Not sure why the olive oil is IN the shake either, I just drink my olive oil from a shot glass. Then I wash it down with some Protean a little while later after the taste has abated.

He only specified "shake", I would hope that atleast a scoop of whey was in it...

Definitely try to get as much calories from dense foods as you can. This way you stay full throughout your day and aren't miserable.
However, it is definitely well demonstrated that consuming small meals throughout the day is more beneficial for your health and muscle building goals.

But... if that is not an option (for whatever reason) think dense foods that will keep you full. Shakes are nice and all but 2 hours later you took a liquid poop, took a piss, and are hungry.
Chomp down some oatmeal, steak and eggs, and some breads... Eat some cottage cheese (1cup or more) so you can get a good dose of casein protein to feed your muscles throughout your day of fasting.
GOod luck and sucks to be you :)

I don't think it matters if the shake only has 20g protein. With the other food, I'm getting about 60g before I even walk out the door.

Actually yes, I do just drink the olive oil; it's not in the shake.

Also, this might sound crazy, but I don't necessarily want to feel "satisfied". I've never had a big appetite, and would prefer to stay hungry while getting adequate calories.

I'm not joking when I say I need close to 6000 calories. There's just no way I'm getting that from dense whole foods, so I'm going to experiment with this new plan and focus solely on hitting macros/calories.

Is your fat intake pretty high? Im just honestly curious about your plan.

I know when I drink my oil I usually add it to some powdered greens, that way when I take my Protean shake it will still taste good.

Never tried drinking oil..hmm thats interesting.. It sounds pretty gross. and mixed with greens = even grosser. I think Id have to have a Protean shake to chase it with!

Do what you have to do bro I have a super fast methabolism too so I understand your concern. Im eating on average 4000cal that I account for everyday just to maintain. There are days I surely eat close to 5k. I split mine into 6-7 meals 6-800 cal each meal. I def hit the fat intake hard to make up some of these calories. I dont think I have eaten a low fat food in years lol
