My 1st cycle and could use advice!

Hello all,

my 1st post here so here is some info on me

I am 24 years old and have been bodybuilding for little over 2 years. started out as a 1.80 cm (5.8 feet) skiny guy weighing around 56 kilo's (112 pounds) Currently at 76 kilos (152 pounds) BF 15%. I gain easily by having my diet straight and have been doing so for 2 years. The last 3 months however, i feel i have hit a plateu. I am not gaining anymore and trying to increase my calories up to a point where all i wanna do is puke does not seem to help. Progress is to slow and this started to peak my curiousity for roids.

So! After reading around allot for about 3 months (mostly on this board) and doing allot of research i decided to start imo a small basic cycle to get my gains going again!

My cycle!

week 1/5 @ 15 mg dbol
* week 2/5 @ 25 mg dbol (only if 15mg is not doing much for me)
week 2/12 500mg test E a week
Week 14-15 : 25 mg Nolva /ED or 75 mg Clomid /ED

Please let me clarify some things about my cycle

I am starting my injectable cycle a week after im already on Dbol. The reason i wanted to do it like this is because i am curious about the side effects and how prown i am to them.
I felt that starting dbol and test E at the same time, and even though the Test E wouldent kick in for until week 2, would not give a good picture about what substance would be causing any side effects, if both were already in my system. And since side effects are very common on dbol it seemed a good idea..

Ok. I am currently in day 20 of my cycle and i am very, very disapointed.

I started the dbol at 15mg, after 1 week i upped this to 25mg because i absolutly dident notice anything besides my pee being very yellow the 1st 2 days. Drinking 2 extra gallons of water a day cleared this up though. I have not noticed any great strenght gains nor have i put on any water, fat, or what we all do it for, muscle... (I have lost some fat though currently 14% bf)

Before people start thinking that i might be in posession of some serious fake dbol. Well, i dont think so.
I got the dbol trough a very trustworthy source at my gym and it just so happens my friend who is taking the same dbol is blowing up like a baloon! :(

Now, the Test E is about to kick in in a week or so. And im already worried if perhaps i am taking a to low dosage. Same for the Dbol. I am actually thinking of upping my dbol dosage to say 35 / 40 mg because im so disapointed.
But im simply not gonna do this because as this is my very 1st cycle i believe 15 to 25 should be way more then enough!

No my concern's and also questions.
Should i up my DBOL dosage?
If yes. Why is 25mg not working for me? Is it possible my body just needs more ???
And since 25 mg dbol is not working for me should i up my test dosages to? I really dont want to. But if im gonna do a cycle i want do do it good. If that means my body needs more of the good stuff to grow. So be it. Me personally have a hard time believing this.

Any comments, suggestions but most of all advice on the dosages would be very much apriciated!
 
Well you should have probably started the test from the beginning, cuz it usually takes longer than 2 weeks to kick in. Even though you've gained quite a bit of weight over the past few years, you probably could have gained more naturally. But I guess thats your choice.

As far as the dbol, you might just have to up it. Some guys dont see results or dont feel anything all the way up to 40-50mg. In your case though, I think that 20-25mg is a good number. If your not seeing gains from this much, then there is something that is definitely flawed in your nutrition, or your training.
 
500mg test e EW is good for a first cycle
your d-bol dosage is low though thats why you are disappointed. maintain the low dose nolva through-out.

Honestly at 5'8 152 and 15% bf you could have gained A LOT more naturally.

Before my cycle i was consuming around 3500 / 4000 calories a day. Now im eating over 5000 calories and i lost 1% BF in 20 days. So maybe your right. Gonna be hard to put more in there though. And with the calories im consuming i feel i should get something out of the dbol. You als mentioned some people not reacting to dbol under 40 / 50 mg. Im taking that this is probably not a 1st cycle for those people then ?

If this also happens for people in there 1st cycle im pretty sure i just got to up the dosage..

What about the Test Dosage. Simply keep it at 500 ?

Thanks for the info on the test dosage.

You say i should use the Nolva troughout my whole cycle?
Should that not be done if i start feeling any serious sides?
If not. i should just start nolva / clomid after cycle.. right?
Or maybe i misunderstood.

About being able to gain more naturally. I dont want to discuss that because im sure i could. I was always a very skinny guy though and am very happy where i am now and how i got there.
It's just somewhat frustrating to not get the progress i got before in the speed i did. So as i said. Gues im just looking for a fast way to break that plateu!
 
some people like dbol only cycles.. but a lot lose most of their gains afterwards.. honestly I would recommend having test as a base.. as with most cycles..
 
Just wanted to say that for the last 6 days i took the advice on upping my d-bol dosage. I also upped my calories with another 1000 a day.
And well, things are deffanantly going allot better!

The last 4 days my strength has gone trough the roof.
Weight is up a 3.5 kg (7 pounds)! and i feel good all day.
Im currently on day 26 of my cycle
The Test E has been administered every week @ 500ml and 1st shot was taken exactly 16 days ago now.

Some odd things i noticed though.

I am not visibly holding any water. I actually look more defined. I also lost 1% bf in the course of 20 days since i started my D-bol.
Since i upped my dosage i am defefnantly feeling more profound effects. Strength, emotional welbeing, extreme apetite, weight, are all up.
Although i lost fat the 1st 20 days my weight did not change.

I almost want to conclude that with the low dosages i was actually loosing fat and retaining muscle. Something that seems unlikely or even impossible with d-bol ?

Any thoughts on that would be apriciated.

Also the weight i gained since upping my dosage seems to be nothing but muscle in my eyes. Im getting my BF measured again tommorow. Im very curious to see if the weight gain contains some fat as that would also be expected with dbol.

Until now this has been one odd cycle. Nothing one would expect with dbol. I am getting more and more satisfied though.
Thats for sure. I wonder how the Test will affect me..
