Hey guys, I usually just pop in here every now and then and when I do, it seems like there are half a dozen new supplements out on the market. I've been on TRT since 2012 at 100mgs every 5 days. My numbers are pretty spot on in the middle of normal as far as free, bioavailable, and total testosterone. Are there any supplements or other things that would help give me a boost in the gym as far as body recomp and recovery? I'm 41 years old, so I'm not looking to get huge anymore or anything like that. Basically just trying to maintain the frame and then some. Thanks for any help and ideas you may have!
