I tried it since it was so cheap - I'm not a muscle tech hater but after this I won't try anything by them again.
Taste was bad but who really cares
Mixed ok
Was very clumped in the container means poor quality control to me.
3 scoops and I didn't feel much .
Much better products out there . Think craze or maximize intense if your hardcore .
If not go with maniac
