muscle supp

need a good muscle supp.. dont care what it is. I currently take n.o explode b4 workout and creatine afterwards. I am almost out of n.o. xplode so it can be a pre workout shake.. but also tell me some good supps to take daily maybe in pill form or shake.
 
good diet 1st.

add Anadraulic State/T-911 stack, plus the norms (vites,protein,etc)

agree diet is key
try some arachidonic acid for 50 days and strength is a given at the end

if u dont mind the aching joints and extra soreness
 
my diet is great... just wanting to add a supplement in. is there a good supplement that will help burn fat and maybe assist in muscle gains?
